I don't see how you won. You grinded and complained during that whole time and apparently someone gave you grief and now all you get is to be a Jedi with everyone else. I at least had a good time hunting Jedi while it lasted, it was fun, some jedi did find it fun too. If you weren't such a child you could've enjoyed it as well but it's apparent in your posts that you had a bad time.
I hope the new game is playable but I'm not going to spend my time sobbing about it even if it's not.. We still have this game for a few more days so I'll keep playing and arrange to keep in touch with the friends I've made. But while you stay hidden and scared of BHs for those next days I'm going to go out and have fun, in fact Im going to hit up some more Jedi tonight.
I am a true Jedi who did not go Jedi for power and pwning people.
I have won everything and lost nothing with this upgrade.
You don't really know that yet.
If you weren't so worried about power then why did losing xp bother you? If you were really a true Jedi then the challenge of avoiding visibility and defeating evil bounty hunters would've been enjoyable to you.

PVP is the only real content in the end, if you dissagree go play tic tac toe with a computer for a decade.
this upgrade looks like they are trying to promote pvp.

Wrong on both counts.
Player bounties are a thing of the past... and no, in the movies, it was Darth Vader and the clone troopers who hunted down the Jedi.

never mind jango fett, and i believe darth vader actually had a bounty set on luke skywalker's head as well (although that may have been in an EU book, i cant really remember)
You are 100% wrong. BH's in the movies were only shown hunting smugglers and politicians.
Jango and Zam Wassell were hired to kill Padme. Jango only fought Obi-Wan because he was trying to flee Kamino and Obi-Wan was going to arrest him.
Boba Fett was hired by Jabba to hunt Han, and by Darth Vader to hunt Han and Leia.
It's pathetic when people try to justify stuff citing the movies, but can't even remember how it actually was in the movies.

Believe it or not, some people are perfectly happy without ANY pvp. I am happy playing SWG and will even more happy when all the griefers and borderline psychos have to find other games where they can take out their personal frustrations on others.
So, yeah, let's hear it for the end of player bounties, best thing that has happened to the game since launch.

There ya go with the name calling again. Just because someone enjoyed a part of the game that you didn't (even though ya chose that route...) doesn't give ya the right to slam 'em. My jedi buddies have encounted more respectful bh's than the 1337 uberz pwnz joo guys. And my wife ran into more of the jedi like that in her bh'ing than vice versa. I won't go and say jedi are like that though as that would be a stereotype. Much like your fond of doing.

There *were* griefers, and IIRC even BH's who resorted to making RL death threats against other players, simply due to some issue arising from this game mechanic. I never said that there weren't BH's who were nice people and great players, I happen to have a lot of BH friends who took Jedi missions. It is not them that I have an issue with, it's only the griefers and the borderline psychos.

There was never any FORCED pvp in this game, everyone knew what jedi meant when they picked up there sabers.
