Yea cover breaks when you fire a non-covershot, but getting in range and doing a high damage shot goes a long way.. one problem with CM is that you have to use a totally different fighting style.. you can't stalk really with CM because you cannot use any bacta while prone.

a CM temp would likely fight face to face and rely on out healing the jedi.

a rooting temp would rely on power and rooting to either take out the jedi before it gets a shot off, or causing enough damage before a face to face fight leaving for an easier battle.

I think you are right. I've been a kiting fighter forever and in a moment of weakness, respect'd to MR/CM4000. After only 20 minutes against Mokks, I am very disappointed. Granted, I haven't had much time with this temp, but I don't think out-healing is my style. I miss my root.

I made this move to try and fight higher level jedi. With my old temp, I was successful against anyone 210k and under. I don't know if this temp will change this.

I cant give you the actual template but its possible tosolo a 226K if you are prepared enough and the mark is stupid. It depends on the mark, your skills, and the situation. I usually bring a friend along. 2 on 1 raises your chance of sucess against a 220K+ mark by a ton. If they remove names from terminals though, I wont be hunting. If I have to spend an hour tracking someone down only to find out hes in my guild or a friend, it would be a massive waste of time.

CM 4000 is viable, master marksman/0030 pistols is viable, pistoleer 0404 is viable. Depends on your play style. Me? I like the general offense/defense bonuses gained from pistol 0404 and the stopping shot. Stims heal me just fine.

Ruby blie breaks so go CM 4000 or doc 4000. Stimpack can only heal you for 60 seconds andif youuse ruby blie it breaks after 2 heals thank the devs for that one.

good stims heal better anyway.

CMs can heal for 1000+ and have a 9 second down time while stims have a round time of 60 seconds standard or 30 with blails. Use stim Ds for backups(like if a jedi hits for for 1000, stim ruby stim)

with root shot, you probably won't even need to heal at all.

All would agree that the best BH doesn't even get hit once..

Cover combined with root shot can go a long way.

Getting hit isnt even the problem actually. Getting hit often is the problem. Keep em out of range (get the ranged arms) and you should be ok with just stims and some ruby. I went the pistoleer 0404 route instead of the master marksman/pistols 0030 route due to the better defenses. Mastermarksman gave some accuracy but at a ranged AND meele defense hit. Sniper shot (if you can get this off) + Root + Adv Crit shot + Adv Head Shot = much pain

What's the highest mark you can solo with this temp? Personally, I don't think a solo bh should be able to solo a full template, but I'm just curious if we are suppose to be able to now and it's just my ineptness that is preventing me. At one point I heard that a full temp jedi is 1.5x normal, but lately I've heard that FRS is suppose to add the 1.5. I dunno. I just don't want to be accused of hunting nooblets all the time.

O,I see so many options now. I am someone who likes to fight, and get rid of them fast. Maybe get the first hit,by surprise but the rest make it obvious it is me. So with that said, which way should i go in the pistoleer tree.
