yes it does--BUT its not consistent. I had my mark /duel me one day, then the next i didnt see any "duel message" from my mark, but he sent me tell saying "lets get this over with" so he obviously knew i was there for him ---afterward i asked him and he said yes--he /duel and got the message about me already being able to attack

if bh's are supposed to have the element of surprise and you can just /duel /end then is that not sploiting taking away the first strike
