I noticed that they are level 81. At about what level are you able to kill them easily? I haven't tried them yet.

Yeah, I've gotten two down there and a couple at the avatar platform. Couldn't tell you how logn since I've never been down there to get it on purpose.

Then, am I supossed to get it from the Blackscale gaurds orwill any Avatar NPC do, like the avatar guards?
