Thread: Pub 20 Turn off all Wookie World XP Petition

If allXP was turned off, thenjedi have the benefit of enjoying what the planet offers,whilst forcing them grind onother planets where a BH has a chance at finding them.

devs dont read petitions... but if you want to take away xp from worlds for jedi how about take away payments? sounds fair to me

Why? Removing XP affects all BH and Jedi alike, not to mention every other profession. This petition would never have existed if Jedi didn't deliberately cheat by using a design flaw to gain an advantage.

Here is an idea. Give XP still but cut it in half so it isnt worth it anymore. That way it will make some grinders think twice about grinding on kashyyyk. That way it brings back the element of questing back into the mix.

It already IS cut in half. They already Do think twice. You make more exp on Dantooine or something. Anyway, get over it.

Whats wrong with XP on Kashyykk? The problem with Jedi on that planet is not that they are getting XP there its that they can exploit the line of sight bugs to escape death.

I advise you to get a BH alt and do a test to see what proportion of Jedi are on Kash compared with Dant, you will soon realise that they dont think twice.

Fortunatly since I am on a smaller server the Kashyyyk issue hasnt been as bad as how some others describe it. Usually I get about 1-3 marks on kashyyyk before finding one on a huntable world. I have made a list of players that activly hunt on kashyyyk though so I dont have to waste time on them but after pub20 my list is going to be worth squat.

Has it occured to anyone that maybe the DEV's did this on purpose ? That knowingly removing the names from a mark, and having a planet where search droids don't work, and a LoS exploit no one is being punished for using, was intentional ? It surely seems that way.
They won't remove XP from kasyyk, cause it's an intentional exploitable, no jedi-hunting safe haven.
