i left the game was becasuse the only viable end game was jedi and this even seem more so now.I dont want to bea god damn jedi i want to whipe them of the face of the planet

The end game could be construed as Jedi far as professions are concerned. For others the end game is taking on difficult content style areas like Death Watch Bunker and the new Avatar. Both of these tho are balanced towards the uber Jedi templatles. A multi task group of base elite professions would get absolutely owned here due to the NPC level damage multiplier and heal agro. Pretty pathetic. so yea, if you had gripes about this system in the past, it's no better now, in fact for high end non pvp content you must have a Master Defender Jedi in your group to even remotely have a chance to succeed, whereas in the past a group of base elite professions can still have fun at the DWB.

I recall Thundermouth's past response to a player question on why the player group limit was dropped down to 8. He said something along the lines of it gives us a better feel to balance stuff versus a group of 8. Somewhere tho, he forgot to mention that having a Master Defender Jedi was a must requirement as well.

I like it

Its better then thought would be and the pet customization is a cool feature. The specials are valuable can be used on Bh missions.

Dislike

I dont like how its based on grinding the pets. Too long to grind them and since the grind is all pve the pet can lose vitality which I have always hated.

If you enjoy grinding then yes

if you think grinding is content yes

if your a powergamer yes

if you hate grinding consider this, pets must earn xp and its dependant on they're level. Makes the FS village grind look like a day at the beach. Yes even a MCH must grind pet xp for each individual pet and skill.

If your a casual player who like to watch babies grow and get an occasional mount for friends or customers lol forget it nothing but a pain in the datapad you must even earn pet xp to grow your pets in size. No such thing as a baby they are just small adults.

Big deal "OH MY I Got A GSP" lol nothings rare all the creatures are the same just a level or two off of any particular species. For example no dif between a Fenzied Graul and a Reg Graul other than a couple od levels and a few points of ham, nothing that makes a difference or matters.

So to sum it up.

If you believe grind is content sure return and enjoy.

If you believe that soe just tossed an upgrade out to keep people grinding and playing longer and have no interest in being a pawn. Then don't. Truthfully I am respec'n soon and leaving CH. I have been a master since the fall of 03. I find what they did here to be totally wrong and they take us all for fools. Funny thing is people actually thanked them. LOL

it's worth it if:

a.) this is all you'd like to do in the game.

b.) you want to do other things but don't mind having a datapad full of baby-sized animals.
