blob candy, kanali wafer, crispic and spice

kraytHLR with a max dmg slice and dmg pup

cover > conceal shot

duelist macro

adv underhand > adv sniper >blind > adv startle > adv sniper

*rinse and repeat*

I don't use a PSG and maybe need a stimD or 2 during the fight.

Ok, let me share my tactic,

I have two guns. 1002 max damage pre-cu DE-10 (use to be the best DE-10 on any server) ADK'ed. 84 action cost though... damn CU.

AND...

950 max damage fwg5 with a 68 action cost

I put a speed Pup on the DE-10 and an action pup on the FWG5.

I hammer them until my action is down to about 1/4 with the de-10 and then swap to the fwg5 which now has an action cost in the 40's.

I do bacta toss and heals for about 600 ATM as needed.

Some of them regen at a SILLY rate, so I bleed them.

I intim and blind when I can.. but only with the FWG. I want to hit HARD and quick with the de-10.. not state them.

I also stand at melee right before I attack and KD... then hammer away. Reason? they may armor break.. but there is also a chance they will pull out a survival knife and just hit you for 1 point of damage. If not.. root and back off, they may pull out a CDEF pistol and hit you for 1 point of damage. I'de rahter have two chances at that, then just 1.

19k Ham's are semi easy to take down with this tactic,

30K hams... you tend to use a bit mroe heals is all.

I will admit this though... every now and then they sneak in some insane boss that I have to call in backup for. Once every three days or so. A pre-cu Jedi Knight with armor break and valor just eats them alive. (Call me a heretic if you want, If he's not my mark... I could care less... Jedi Scum or not, I get paid.)

Doc buffs if I remember, food if I remember walk up within 50m range activateImp Aura and duelist stance then kd, eye shot then basically keep shooting with whatever shot I feel like until they are dead. As long as I keep my two defensive skills up I take between 70-100 damage per shot (the lower amount is whenever eye shot sticks). I only have 0-2-1-0 medic, but tbh that is all I need along with some BE med clothes (it really is nice to not worry about how much of a pounding your armour is taking).

All nice and easy

I had a 36K HAM mark a couple of nights ago... only my 2nd ever.

The first one incapped me twice before I finally nailed him.

After that first one I swapped around/used my few remaining skill points to grab Nov CM to aid healing, and purchased a healing efficiency undershirt.

The 2nd one I faced earlier this week didnt incap me once...I started with the trandoshan rifle, healed every time I got half health with simple bacta jab. I used a stimD sparingly. Had vaserian brandy snifter before engaging himtoo.

Once my action bar started getting low I switched to proton carbine for a spell, then back to trando again to finish him off.

Also stayed at a max distance from him as much as possible.

After the shock from the first one, staying calm was a must too lol.

I get loads of the 35k bosses, I seem to have had a lucky run on loot from them recently.

I dont have a problem with most of them now, I now have novice medic and some BE+19 healing clothes, normal marks I may have to heal 2-3 times boss marks more, but not always to the point of needing ruby as well as good stim d and bacta shots. For the 1 in who knows how many crazy boss's, I have a doc on call.

Im TK so I always go in with power boost, docs buffs, COB on and a jar of bugs before any fight, For a boss I will god for a bit Breath of Heaven, maybe some mando wine if Im feeling extravagant, some ruby bliel, some corellian ale, + blob candy vergespine and something else beginning with V, and then go at it with the Katarn Knuckles, kncock down as often as possible keep the cob up, and most of the time no problem. even though my KK are not down at 100 or so condition .

Having Novice medic on template has made a huge difference.

I have just within the last 2 weeks grinded out MCM and BH upto investigations 3, just need 4 for master, practically every mission i take is an elite or gold elite with 36k HAM. Frankly I'm tired of fighting them, in the whole time I have only pulled i would guess 2 non boss marks, and have almost a full set of BH armor and scored some very nice AA's and CA's...I thought the good loot was only for MBH.

Nah, SOE expects everyone to grind up to MBH so they didn't bother tweaking the loot drops. They never expected players to just fulfill the minimum requirements (novice BH)to get access to the new loot.

As soon as pub23 is released I'll be dropping MBH and running 100 speedmissions fromCnetat the novice level for loot research. I hope my results support the theory that MBHs get the best loot but I have my doubts.

Spoke too soon.

Mission 8.

Intraframe, Warm hat (ugh), AA, def vs intim + 11, group terrain Neg + 8

It's for sure lower stats that I'm use to getting. The +14/+15 mark.

I've yet to see a boss yet today. MBH/Master Pistol

I've also noticed as a MBH, that some missions are titled "Something Something leader" or "Crime ring leader"

those always end up being boss marks

Gonna check this out. All my marks today are just standard level 81... 19k'ers. Loots are not good from them. The CA's and AA's stats are lower now.

Just tried a Gank Assasin Leader. Silver Chevrons. Level 82. 19k ham. he didn't fight back at all nor did he have any loot what so ever on him.
