you have to be within 1k of the jedi for the "identify target" option to work, so your brother just got lucky. I dont know what server you're on, but that would be very hard on ahazi to get a specific target.

no problem = getting bio-sig, getting arrakyd droid to find planet, going to said planet, tracking your mark, getting with 1k to get name of mark.

You either:

A)Don't see this as a waste of time to grief a jedi that killed you not enough times to make you quit.

OR..

B) You and your brother ride the short bus.
