There is a cycle of being on the terms that can happen. Using your saber or force skills around other players generates visibility. This counts even for a BH.
Here is how you could get into the constent visibility circle:
1. You get on the terms by killingsome NPC's that attacked you.
2. BH comes and you fight with him, using force skills and your saber.
3. BH wins and kills you but you generated more visibility by using your saber and force skills in front of him.
4. Another BH gets your mission and it starts all over.
If you get on the terms and get killed by a BH take a day or two off to clear yourself from the terms.

well I am 0200 in LS and Novice In all other Boxes. So Far I havent come accross anyone hunting me down as of yet. But I only log on my Jedi for about 1 or 2 hours at the most and during certains hours of the day
and sign off immediately. If I see some dot appear on my map anywhere near me, I just bail to the nearest sp or shuttle port and head back to my house and log-off and sign on with my other toon. So far I have been lucky I guess, I have attacked 2 Imperial Stormtroopers and use my lightsaber/powers twice since I got my Jedi in front of a grouped team member. I also have run into cnet with my jedi robe.
please not * I am only a 2 week year old Jedi
Either I am extremely lucky so far or the system is screwed, not that I am complaining but me leveling my Jedi this way takes forever lol...I refuse to even use my Jedi until alot of the bugs are fixed with bh's and jedi's and when we have concrete ideas how we end up on the BH terminals.
Thank God I am in no hurry to level my Jedi and might live longer but once my Jedi gets strong enough to even handle the PvE around him..PvP is outta the question.
But here is my question. Can BH's enter a Private Home if your Jedi? I know its a silly question but it doesnt hurt to ask.

cannot enter private building that you are admin to. Ive had a few already come to my door and ask me if i want to come out and play

I hunt in the middle of nowhere...poking quenkers. The padawan I hunt with has had more pc cross her path, she lvls faster..Im the one on the terminal.
OK heres something that I have no idea if it means anything at all. Yesterday when the BH came for me, my saber in the toolbar was in a red box, as if it were disabled... Got killed it returned to normal. Today, have not DONE A DANG THING...I am on the terminals and all of sudden my saber in the toolbar turns into a red box again. Could this be a force warning theres a bounty hunter with a mission on us?

From my understanding, using saber specials, force powers in public raises your visibility. I am sure that wearing your robe andequiping your lightsaberin public areas (Like Coronet Starport) will add to it as well.
What the confusing part for me is: How does one get OFF the BH boards. I don't mind killing BH, in fact the Jedi group I am in have a great time doing it, but, if I use my force powers and lightsaber to defend myself against an attack, then should that really count against visibility?
If it does, that is counter productive, and a lesser Jedi would quit the game, rather than get killed over and over.
I really feel for all you poor ***** who are working on your novice Lightsaber box.

Visibilty seems to be working fine for me. I leveled up to 0030 sabers running missions alone and not a single bh came after me. Once i got polearm spin 2 i was hunting and using my powers around friends. Once i started doing that i was on the terms right away. Get feign death and group with friends and you should be fine.

Ive been on the terminals for about 3days now, but i barely revealed saber infront of ppl or NPC's, how long b4 im off and is there any way i can speed up my removal from the terminals of doom

dont know anyways too, all i can think of is, keep moving around doing missions and what not, then sit in a private house when you log

It's random, buggy, inconsistent and be careful posting anything remotely close to questions, suggestions or raising complaints about visibility and BH missions. Those threads get deleted apparantly.

just stay online as long as possible and avoid contact..that is the only way decay will really happen..

This does not seem to be the case anymore for many new and sometimes even older Jedi.
If you follow the visibility degrading broken thread you will see reports of people being loggeding for more than 5 days straight generating 0 visibility (sitting in houses etc), and they are still on the terminals.
Hunting alone and in the wilderness does not seem to matter in the new system if they did indeed change it on purpose. I'm still guessing its just bugged/broken since pub10.
So theres no reason right now NOT to goto endor spawns or geo spawns and lvl as fast as possible
