i sold a ca with 2 handed lightsaber +12 for 14 mil... was b/o in under 30 seconds of posting the auction. prob would have went for more...

Hit Kash and start doing quests for loot. The Clone paintings and such can yield you a couple hundred K easy. As you are amassing your quest loots, visit your servers trade forum at least twice a week. Keep a mental note of what people are buying and the popular items. When you are at a random vendor restocking your BH droids and whatnot, browse thru the other vendors as well and see if any of the 'hot' items are marked at below cost. Gobble it up, resell and make a tidy profit. You will reach millions quickly this way... a far quicker and less boring route then the endless mission grinding that some of us took when we were new...
There are other inconspicuous drops like Rug adhesives and what not which initially seem worthless to you, but these are very rare drops and will grant a lot of cash fast. Many items in the SWG universe fall along this line....
Play the Economy, use it to your advantage ! This is the way us non crafters can compete in the overpriced world of SWG,
