Can containers still be unsliced? I know Smugglers don't need slicing XP anymore, so I don't know why they still drop. The damn thing probably has a Mando helm or Jetpack in it, but I'll never know.

Yes, they can be sliced. BUT I've discovered that no one in this galaxy ever locks up anything valuable. You're most likely to find a stone knife, a broken sandstat, or other item of questionable "value". It makes no sense that people would go to such lengths to secure such things.

I have noticed that since the last publish went live, I am finding less and less Boss Marks, and the loot from them is always Foraged Goods. I have also noticed that the loot of the Elite marks is generally better, well, as long as you consider smuggler loot better. The drops of SEA's seems to have reduced somewhat too. However, I have managed to loot an HLC, a Scatter Pistol and an Advanced Laser rifle this week, which was unexpected

Maybe he's on the run and had to save some things from his house before he ran away from the bounty on his head, and a painting was his most prized possession. Just because they're criminals doesn't mean they aren't cultured.
