While I personally use Carbines I'd suggest Rifles if those were your only two choices. With Rifles you gain the 65 meter range to help in kiting and you get Aim to help you land attacks against those Defender types.

No, really, im MBH MCM Pistols xxx3 atm, but am dropping MCM for MP cuz Im bored of MCM now, I (Dammit I hit return halway thru by accident) get itchy feet a lot and change my template. I do like MCM but pistols kick ass.

Thanks....well it seems that most of you went pistols so....for the greater decision i will try it out.
