We have discovered that after landing a KD then using Rifleman "Startle Shot" can keep an opponent on the the ground. It also hinders a Jedi from healing.

This is a global problem not affiliated with a single profession. I've seen this happen from KD's delivered by Pikeman, pistoleer and Jedi. The examples are my experiances with this bug.
If I may...in my "testing" I have noticed that the extent of the "bug" last longer against Jedi then any other profession. I do NOT (yet) believe that there is anything a Jedi can purposefully do to make this "bug" stick. However, I have yet to be effected by this "bug" as much as I experience when fighting a Jedi. I have had fights that lasted as long as the FIRST KD....KD, never to get up until incapped. Although I have had experienced this bug while fighting non-Jedi....it's never resulted in a "one move fight". What's the difference? I don't know, yet!

Agreed. I have seen 2 non Jedi dueling at the MO and alll the sudden one starts screaming in spatial "WT*!! YOU CHEAT I CANT KD RECOVER!!!!!"
Luckily I have yet to experience this bug because it would indeed be very annoying, almost as annoying as dying with half ham or the multitude of other bugs that have plagued us over that course of development.
