Thread: Jedi Healing/Blocking while KDed?

I haven't been hunting jedi for very long, but I've had sevral MDEF lay on their back if you can't get them to attack you you aren't going to hurt them, I'm MCM MBH 3 0 0 0 rifles and I wasn't hurting one doing the exact same thing with all of my dots put on him. That's what I'm told anymore, thanks for the meelee tip do you actually mean pull out a sword? I'd honestly like to know this.... and how exactly to do it.

hmmm just out of curiosity why are you complaining about jedi healing wile KD when you can too? keep in mind that they gave a jedi only skill to every other that is out there.
on the blocking note it's the same thing as how does a MLS miss a hit on a KD opponent... lots of things don't make much sense in this game. all i can say is that block is always active as it is an inate abilty which can be enhanced with force valor to max out at 50% block.

how are you healing while KD, I always get you cannot bacta spray while KD, you cannot bacta inject while KD..?

Everyone (Jedi and otherwise) can use Stims when knocked down. Nobody can use bacta while KDed.

ok the diff there is we can only use so many per so long with or without ruby bilel I feel injecting yourself with a stim kd is fairly feasible.

Well considering that you have to be mbh to pull my mission, you aint gonna pull out no melee weaps on me. lol. However for pvp, that may be a viable option. Oh. Saberthorw, force suppression and sap for the win.

He was using force valor. Valor Almost doubles your light saber block against ranged attacks. A very handy skill against BH. If you want to beat this Jedi youl have to do it Mele.

Re-read the post up there. I highlighted the parts saying that I comepletely understand a Jedi healing on his back! And we can only use stims, not bacta shot or spray. Jedi can heal without the use of stims while KDed. And just because one this doesn't make sense, it doesn't give credit to other things that don't. I might as well be able to attack from 2km away in that case.

Man, its jus a defense mod, its not like they are reflecting anything back at you. While they are on their back they cant fight back, simple as that. I dont see a mention of your BH template maybe that as alittle to do with your problem. Nothing worse than you standing over someone whos KDed and you missing 2-3 shots at them.

Ok, obviously I didn't mean "everything" in the literal term, but in the figuritive sense. He may have been MDef, I don't know. Six seconds between heals sounded about like what he was doing. The shots I were landing were doing about 500 damage, but it was only about 1 in 3 that landed. That's only doing, with my speed of 1.59, 628.9 damage for every heal he uses. It was also barely eatting up any of his mind bar. Basically, if you can't do a ton of damage against something like this, the fight is futile and undefeatable, all while the jedi just sits there on the ground.

Did you even read the post? I didn't need distance because he never got up. A bomb droid wouldn't have done enough, the guy healed liked a mad man without using any mind, and he rarely had to heal because he was blocking everything.
unless he was a master defender, i am sure that u are exaggerating. we have 25% saber block at MLS without Force Valor from defender.
also he can only heal every 6 seconds and force heal uses mind unless u use stims. and even u can heal while kd'd with stims

lol i remember pre-cu when we had +85 saber block...i use to see a jedi dizzy KDed, just laying there with laser bolts bouncing off him like crazy when 3 or more people were shooting him, which made him flop around like afish on a table.....jedi have always been able to use saber block while KDed, weird but we do it

Did you even read the post? I didn't need distance because he never got up. A bomb droid wouldn't have done enough, the guy healed liked a mad man without using any mind, and he rarely had to heal because he was blocking everything.
