But do you feel you should be able to?

I think it's a great idea, as long as it doesn't keep you out of range of force powers or saber also could be used for catching the force runners...

I wont' start being a jerk honestly maybe to him, but only because he was if I get him again, likewise most jedi I have met are the same, I thank them whether I win or lose, and get great satisfaction when I'm hunting a jedi and two of his friends say cool I want a BH now, then I get DB and the jedi does a /tell and says crap you're good!

if they go in the water not everything is lost , drive around or swim around and look for high ground if that doesnt work get a combat droid and watch the jedi run out of the water or die swimming

why can jedi cloak and actually regain force, not that it gets to me, but there should be some limitations there... HOpefully it will get better soon.

jedi can regen force while cloaked?!?!?! I did not know that. thats a bunch os bs if you ask me. cloak should be a major force drain skill.

Jedi regenerate force all the time. Constantly. It's apart of the Force bar, much like Health regen, Action regen, and Mind regen arecomponents of Health, Action, and Mind.

Cloak has a major force cost to initiate, and then has an ongoing force cost which goes up the more people there are nearby.

However, unless there are a lot of people nearby, the constant passive force regen usually can mitigate much of the force cost of Cloak. It's when a Jedi sits down while cloaking, and then /forceMeditates, that I have to question certain development decisions.

That said, cloak is getting some major changes in the future that will make it, basically, a last-ditch or possibly valueless skill. I think the developers fail to realize exactly how much of a drawback -snare- is when applied to any skill or power.

the respecc BH whine about it, the devs totally agree with the respecc bh for some pathetic reason and add snare to it...

maybe they will next complain about how hard mando armor is to get and the devs will add a snare affect to all npc's in the DWB?

I've hunted plenty of Jedi, I have had my a s s handed to me, and I have sent Jedi to the cloners.

But when I get the occasional Jedi that does whatever he can to avoid me, run from me, etc.

I don't waste my time arguing with him, complaining or posting. In the time it takes to sweat about it, I could pick up another mission and already be on top of my mark, or closing in.

Remember, its a game. Lets play it like one.

That last post is very refreshing to hear! It is just a game.

As far as cloak goes, as a mid-template jedi, it's about all I have to help me survive an attack from a BH. I've been attacked 3 times, killed 3 times. I'm just not strong enough to defend myself. Until they nerf it up, cloak is the only protection I have. My saber does less dmg than a lvl 1 CDEF pistol, the force power skills I have are roughly the same as throwing couch pillows at your armor, so if I can keep from having another week's grind by cloaking and hi-tailing it out of there, I'll do it.

Conversely, you guys have the ability to cover and take those mile long death shots that we padawans can't defend against.

It's a give and take. I for one am dreading the possibility of being snared by cloak. I work in corporate America and just don't have time to keep dragging myself out of the negative in Force points. If it happens (especially now, finding out that our own swoops are causing us vis) it happens, but I'll avoid it as long as I can. Your job is to sneak up to me before I see you and snag me before I cloak.

Otherwise, until I'm full template and have a chance against you, I'm going to cloak, sit down, and log out. I've got 2 other accounts that need attention as well. Once I reach full template though, game on!

Take care,

Corr
