Totally agree that this is a bug that needs fixing, and that both sides are exploiting it.

But this guy does have a point, you know. Based on my experiences, this will hurt bounty hunters more than the Jedi who go down there to grind. Its not tough at all for a full group of jedi to fight there way down to the proper grinding spots and set up. But it will be much more difficult for the solo Bounty Hunter to get down there and and do what they do before they triple incap if they don't have a shady spot to recover in. Not saying that its impossible or anything, just that it'll make it a lot tougher on the BH than the grinding paddy.

Its not hard to get down to the area all the Jedi use to grind. All I do is burst run there. If you are a ranged bounty hunter like me, its a good idea to unequip your weapon while running so you move faster.

Question for you, when you run down solo and drag all that aggro with you, do you stop on the bridge to heal up? If the LOS issue was fixed the spiders and wooks would catch up with you and incap/kill you if you are on your own. You certainly could not stop and set yourself up to attack your target.

Even if you were able to kill all the aggro, during the commotion it is a good bet your mark will have /dueled you, prepared for battle or got the hell out of there.

No theres no reason to stop on the bridge to heal up. If you burst run down there you will not be incapped by any creatures because they will not be able to catch up to you. Even if your out of a burst run the creatures do not death blow there and is not impossible for a single player to walk through killing each creature by themselves. That just takes longer.

All of this would not matter anyways if they fixed the line of sight issues on the trail. The only reason Jedi grind there is so they can exploit.

I was going to carry on a conversation with you, but anyone that would make that staement does not deserve the effort.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see who is right than if the LOS exploit is ever stopped.

It is an issue when i read a post from a bh saying that once it's fixed, he will be hunting jedi on kashyyk exclusively. This quote, and the whole kashyyk issue seems to revolve around the jedi usage of kashyyk and not the fact that there are other profs who use it as well. Although apparently not as much as the jedi.
