Unless of course the BH wants some sport. Then a proper Jedi will hobble away just slow enough for the BH to catch them without any real effort. If so instructed, the Jedi is permitted to fight back with their Dim-saber, but just enough to lose without forcing the BH to any exertions.

No, of course not. He was misguided. The force IS our ally. It is the force that marks us as the chosen ones to be blessed enough to receive a bounty hunter's attention.

Yes. It's sad that such a thing occurs. Unfortunately some of my more misguided and rebellious brethren still cling to the foolish notion that being killed by a bounty hunter isn't the greatest gift that can be given. Rest assured, however, I am spreading the message and remain hopeful that I can bring the errant sheep back into the fold.
