Thats one reason they need to make BH tef and GCW tef lock each other out. BH using jedi/normal special forces to kill a jedi is gamebreaking to the GCW and BH missions in my opinion. I have no love for BH's who cant kill a jedi unless they have help from jedi and other special forces players. I did it a few times when I first started hunting jedi and it was very lame. All you have to do is DB the mark. Its much more fun fighting it out without the help of a gank. You also earn respect fighting 1v1. In my video there just happen to be two other BH's who had the same mission as me show up. They all died and I ended up fighting the mark 1v1. You cant really stop BH who pull the same random mission. However, there is a way the devs could stop the gank with special forces. Just adjust the tefs to lock each other out for the 2.5 mins and it will be fine.

and another thing, not all jedi are like that. so, dont call exploit. there are so many discussions on this. another case of someone not knowing how the game works.

I agree with you. However, I am talking more on the lines of forced perma overt. If they make the FRS the same as before where you have to be forced perma overt that will cause the problem. Im all for them using their regular toons but when the system forces you special forces you have no choice. I dont think ganking helps anyone. Hopefully the devs realize this and make some modifications to the tef system to prevent it.

well you can call it whatever you want but technically he is not going anywere you can't follow, you can go combatant for a pve base or SF for a pvp base, he is just making your way to get him harder for you thats all. the problem with allowing bh into a base just because of jedi tef is that this could be exploited to take down bases without being combatant or SF and if they don't allow jedi to go into a SF base during pvp which is the only way to excape a bh/gank on a SF jedi. Its your own faction they are meant to help you and protect you.
so if you want to go into a base after a jedi be either combatant or SF, yes you open yourself to more attacks but keep in mind that so is the jedi.

Dropped an imp jedi in a faction base last night. They were attacking a reb pve base en force. Being neutral I couldnt go in but he stayed in my line of fire so I just spammed torso n critical shot till he dropped.
Then his flaming me began. 
Thats the price of jedi pvp.

a) A faction base is not a private structure. BH TEFs stop people from entering private structures only.
b) You can follow into the base if you either are same faction or opposing faction and combatant (or SF for PvP bases).
c) The only thing that might be reportable is him trying to impersonate a CSR. If he is not a CSR he can get banned for impersonating an SOE employee, if he is CSR he can lose his job for trying to abuse his power.
Bottom line: No exploit to be seen at all in your screenshot.
