I get more AA's and CA's from the lower level marks.
Dont think I have ever got any good stuff from 80's or above. Just smuggler stuff.

Well I just finished grinding to MBH just to get some half decent loot as I never got any and am quite disappointed that it seems from reading this that the loot drops are so low

i have found that if you search missions for merc generals the other night i five missions i got 3 schems and aa

Got alot of nice loot 2nite. Sometimes u just get into a good loot zone where almost everyone has a decent drop. Then u hit those dry spots.

Yup same, got jar of bugs, the next mission I got smuggler item, armor schem, 6 casings and an AA from a single mark. Talk about luck heh.

i have said it before and i will say it again.... boss are overrated

and just last night i looted 3 BH helmet schematics all from lvl 73 missons.
and a clear crystal tonight from a lvl 74 elite, not to mention the fact that the low lvls are easier fights
and do less dmg to your armor.

It is random, but sometimes it does not feel random. I had bad loot for a very long time.
What is worth than getting a jar of bugs? It is getting a jar of bugs and a warm hat, which I got yesterday. But I got a BH schem and a akuan ring on the next mission which was good compared to all the crap I got a long time.

I have to agree, while bosses are fun, they are over rated for drops. I have gotten an equal number of good drops off of normal mobs. Though I have only looted power cells from bosses, normal mobs at cl 76-82 have dropped me just as many tapes. I think they need to tweek this and have the really good stuff on bosses only. At least then it would seem worth the effort of finishing one off. While I'm at it..I'd like to see the bosses be a bit harder too.
