As mentioned many, many times before if a mark is on the water all you have to do is to WAIT for him to get on land before approaching him. I have yet to have a mission go incomplete in over a hundred NPC missions.








Righto...this is the same for a lot of the problems with marks. I have only lost four marks since the start of the game and all of those were white, except for one that was in a rock and I didn't have a camp.
