Thread: SOMEONE TEACH ME TO PVP
I've been playing since day 2 (because I couldn't get in to the server thing it was too full) and I still suck at PvP my combat rating is at 1256 or something like that from 1500 so I suck.![]()
I was going to try a MBH/MRifle/pistols or carbine temp but I'm not sure what to pick out of the three basic ranged profs anyone have a good template?
Your Job as a BH is to rely on your wits not your brawn.
1- Takea mission.
2- (Post Publish 20, if pre 20 skip to 4 and visit all places) Launch a Probe.
3- If the Probe says anything but Corellia, Dantooine, Tatooine, or Naboo drop the mission.
4- Visit the MO on Dant, Bestine on Tat, Theed on Naboo, and Coronet on Corellia.
5- Search these cities for your Jedi.
6- In not there lauch a seeker, if the seeker shows the Jedi is at a city wait until the update.
7-If the Jedi is not moving from that city travel there.
8- Target that Jedi and wait.

9- When the Jedi does something stupid, like get's 2 incaps in duels with his/her Jedi friends kill em.
(Secondary Option) The Mining Outpost Cheapo option #2
Follow previous steps but find out if the Jedi is 1-2K around the MO. If so the Jedi is grinding XP. Wait for that Jedi's group to come back to the MO to refill. Get in that group(As a level 80 it should be easy). Kill the Jedi when he/she is in a compromising position.
(Wookie World Option) Wookie world is easy, just hunt his/her AFK arse down.
Being a BH is not about PVP, it's about credits and making people feel really dumbAlso choose your targets, it's not about killing every mission, it's about taking on Missions thatyou can do with the least risk. Am I a coward? Maybe, but I'm a rich coward
Why would you drop a mission on a Jedi who's on Dathomir, Endor, or Yavin? Aside from Deathwatch Bunker or the Geo Cave, there's no place for them to hide there, and only 2 starports to exit from (and everyone uses the same ones on Yavin and Endor to fly in and out). On those three planets, you're virtually guaranteed a fight, and there's a lot of hostile fauna to help you out if you're smart.

1'st- Because I'm looking foreasy kills, I don't want to seach a whole planet just to have /force run when my dot comes with in 250m of them. Also wasting all those dammed seekers bah!
2'nd- "you're virtually guaranteed a fight" Who said anything about fighting? I'm in this for the money brother.
