I expect that the CSR's and Dev's expect me to just surrender my skills and start grinding. I'd put in a ticket but that's laughable.
This is a really low blow especially since I just resubbed on Monday. You expect me to keep that sub going after something like this happens? I can't imagine that it's so very hard to get into someone's account and reset their respec timer. Come on!

Just to add salt to my wounds, a fellow PA member reactivated their account the same day and is currently sitting and respec-ing to their heart's content.
Did I wrong the devs in another life?
I want the madness to end already!

This is what really confusses me the most. There are more then a couple hundred of us (and thats an understatment) that never were able to do there last respec. You say its cause we don't read the boards, or the launch pad that we have been warned so many times. But what you keep forgetting about is that you promised us a last respec warning. Which we never got. Okay with that being said..
Can you explain to me why there are so many that can still respec when they logged in the day the CU hit, yet so many of us were unable to do our last one? This is so insane that you won't help fix the problems that were out of your customers hands.
No matter what in any game you have people will lie, cheat and steal. thats just a given. So why punish those of us who have honestly worked hard and are telling you the truth.
Can't you guys just make it to where everyone is allowed one more final respec. and be done with it? I to got screwed but my reason was I didn't get the last repsec box but when I was trying to respec it was only allowing me to master one profession and 2 trees in another for my jedi with only 3 skill points left. It said I didn't have enough to repsec then after I logged out and back in I was unable to do it period.
I have put in 10 tickets, and I get the same response. I have called and it was suposidly ecalated to a Supervisor.. That was 4 days ago. I would really like to know the reasons behind all this?
After all SWG is here soley because of its customers which seems to be lowering in numbers. Doesn't this concern you?
