i say legit tactic....as soon as you fill up it doesnt matter anyway.

now if ruby took no stomach room, id see a problem with it....but seriously, everyone does this

That don't make it legal.

Either way I don't care about it, its never stopped me from killing someone who tries it, and yes once their stomach is full then they die all the faster.

I know people that have gotten banned for the same stuff. Sonner or later someone will notice and report u. The smart and fair thing to do would to be just to report it before more people figure it out and get banned.

In one sense, you are correct, it is an exploit because it is a bug (not functioning as stated it should) and being used to an advantage during a fight.

However... there are 2 things that go against this...

1. it's not supposed to disapear after you stim yourself... but it does. It's supposed to last for 16ish min... it doesn't. So that is a down grade itself..... so is it an advantage to use it? Yes, in a short term.... but if you look at long fights, no... it is actually a disadvantage compared to advertized performance.

2. EVERYONE uses ruby bliel that does PvP..... SOE will NOT ban their entire player base.

Hell I use it for PVE...I have no healing ability except for stims (MPike/TKM, FS stuff, some fencer and sword) so when I am in a bind and have no one to heal me, I use the stims and a ruby bliel...I have never had anyone complain about it, and honestly how do you know this is not working as intended...maybe it is a typo like the man says.

good rule of thumb...

if you have to ask ... yes it's an exploit.
