The answer is clearly for you to join NeXuS. Don't ask me why that's the answer, it just is.

Yup, it removes a lot of the tactics from doingBounty missions on Jedi, it is no longer possible to monitor their activities in order to time your attack as they know you have a mission on them even if you aren't taking any hostile actions towards them. No longer possible to loiter around the side of an FRS fight waiting for the right moment to drop your mark.
Yet another unnecessary change that has an adverse effect on the game, they should of just removed GTEF completely instead of adding this.

Geeze does it really matter if it's intended or not it's happening. Will you go away and stop trying to start pointless arguments.

yeah, that deserves a one star, lol, but it is nice to know in a crowded cantina who your enemies are. Anyway, it is a double edged sword. You could sneak up to a jedi in the wilds and they wouldnt duck at the approach of a red dot, normally, thinking its a critter. The glass doesnt have to be half empty, you know.

If this is true it's not so bad actually. It'd be easier to hide amongst agro mobs. Jedi tend to flip anytime a blue dot is near them. Red dot's (acting like red dots... not flying directly at said Jedi at 100000m per second) might raise less Jedi awareness. hmnnn... If your going to just fly right at them anyway... then the likely hood of them seeing you decreases due to the speed at which you attack anyway... so either way a smart BH could use this to theyre advantage.

That's the plus side to it, the down side is there won't be anymore "stalking" if they can tell you have a mission on them. Granted there wasn't much to begin with due to the broken droids.

This brings a bit of balance and equity to the system. I have been outspoken interms that I think the whole system is so crappy and broken that it should have been pulled.
Your droids should work
You should be able to hunt your marks
We should be able to 'tell' that something is about to happen.
We should be able to have some form of advance warning about this.
Now if they make it work fully that would be better.
BTW: I am a jedi who has not been hunted in months given in no small part to the fact that I am careful. I don't like hearing Jedi whine either who not more than 10 minutes before was standing at a starport waving a saber around and doing force run laps inside of the ship waiting area (yes I have seen this!).
I feel that most jedi except the fact that there is a consequence for extreme action. We also hope that there is some sort of balance to allow us the knowledge that it is coming too.

I'll run some tests later on when I get on. I will ask the devs, assuming it is true, whether this was an intentional change (which I doubt).
I can see good and bad about this. The bad is in the cities. The good is out on adventure planets you will just look like another mob.

Haha! Great! They have enough time to put in such a warning system for Jedi but they lack the time to fix our droids

So as far as non-combat related problems go, we have broken droids, resetting mission rewards (technically Jedi problem, but still related), hard cap on BH taking the same bounty, and now this.
This isn't meant as an insult directed towards you Tanks, but now that JTL is here how long are we looking at until a fix?
