I have tried this temp. and found it to be VERY good for PvE. If you have a good saber you will rule.

Master Defender, 3402-E, 4000-H, 0404-LS - You don't always need the armor running, but if you go against high level mobs, your health barley moves. Good thing is you don't need the armor unless its an emergency.

at the mo im master ranger master rifleman and i like the template very much.but looking to the future, ranger and smuggler are both getting revamps so im considering repecs rifleman to smuggler. does any1 here have this temp and how well does it work for hunting, soloing mobs etc

For the hundredth time - after the revamp rangers will not be hunters, so any temp question bearing on hunting makes no sense. Solo what? People to steal stuff off of, as you will be outclassed by Scouts on harvesting.

rangers will be thieves and skulkers in the night, little more than lackies for the BHs attempting to find Jedi.

Oh wait, no areatrack, forget that.

master Ranger- 140 skillpoints
master smuggler- 121 skillpoints

none of them overlap...so it's impossible to have a Master Smuggler/Master Ranger currently. as such, I'd imagine that you wouldn't be CL 80, which decreases your harvest a great deal, as well as having very few high-damage specials. If you go Master Smuggler and not master Ranger, you pick up slicing, but give up the harvesting bonus of Ranger, if you go Master Ranger, you give up a lot of useful specials in smuggler. Until the Revamp hits, I'd recommend against Smuggler/Ranger.

This is horrible! I return to find my new title on the forum is "Jedi". What's up with that? If they wanted to confer that I'm rare and learned, they'd make my title RANGER. and then make it camo colored.

i can either get 0440 carbs with mpistoleer/sl or 4040 rifles which is better?
