If you think it is unfair for one profession to get perks that other professions don't get, why ask for something special for BH? Instead, you should either ask for something special for every profession, or demand Jedi don't get a special perk. Just giving BH a special perk solves nothing.
Are you clamoring for veteran entertainers to get some special reward?
Politicians?
Brawlers?
Doctors?
Creature Handlers?
Heck, CHs would be glad just to stay in the game I bet.
Fact is, most people who don't play BH or Jedi hate BH and Jedi and all our crap. Just as we think Jedi get all the perks, Jedi think we do. Everyone else thinks we both do. We look like just as big of whiners as Jedi to everyone else, and frankly I agree.
If it's unfair for Jedi to get a perk just for them when no one else gets a perk just for them, then it is unfair for BH to get such a perk.
That's why Sam said elitism sucks.

Well...this is the ideal place to lobby for Bounty Hunter perks. You know...the "Bounty Hunter" forums.
Why not try your own forum?
My point was that he shouldn't be both complaining about one profession getting preferential treatment while also asking for his own profession to get preferential treatment.
If it's unfair for Jedi to get preferential treatment, it is unfair for BH to get preferential treatment.

Push the Idea of a LVL 90 Player Bounty system. Simple opt in system that can be turned on and off thru a radial menu with a timer. Some of the Old vet jedi have said they wouldnt mind this. Also NO loss what so ever to death. Would prob make it more palateable to the Jedi.
Samos we have a real opourtunity here dont Drop this ball. Let make it better not Shut out the community you serve. I took your statement as I dont care what BH want im in this cor spot for My issues. I dont like thinking that of My Cor. And I do hope im wrong on this.

MY POINT WAS...I can only speak as a Bounty Hunter...if other profs wanna voice their opinion, I say do it on the proper forum....this is the Bounty Hunter Forums.

I reallize what your point is. This is indeed the place to lobby for BH perks. However, you still do not understand my point it seems.
While this is the place to voice BH concerns, no DEV will listen to us if we continue to say it is unfair for Jedi to get their own perk while at the same time asking for our own, and only our own. You can just as easily raise the issue within the BH community that BH and other professions should get a perk if Jedi do, or say that since BH and the other profs don't get a perk, neither should Jedi. Both of those lines of argument deal with the BH issue, while at the same time refraining from showing the DEVs that we are hypocrites.
We won't be listened to if we say Issue_A is unfair the ask for Issue_A for ourselves. It just doesn't make sense, and I can guarantee you it won't get and attention from the people who we need to get on our side...the DEVs.

What opportunity? Every step along the way they have slowly taken away player missions from us. What kind of opportunity do you think we have? Every action by the DEVs on this issue is to say we are not going to get to hunt Jedi anymore. What kind of opportunity is there here for them to completely reverse the decisions they've been making for over a year?
We all know that as long as Jedi are the most popular profession, they will get more love than the other professions. It just makes sense monetarily for SOE to do this. That's why all along the way we've been losing any advantage to hunt Jedi (along with losing the ability to do so finally). To pursue the issue without support from their community is to continue down a dead end street. There is no opportunity here.
Now, where we might have an opportunity is with pursuing a smuggler hunting system, since we are at least supported by the smuggler community. That's a big might though. We have been told that BH no longer will have player missions. They didn't say Jedi missions, they said player missions. However, which path do you think we have a better shot at? The one where the DEVs have basically continuously flat out told us that we won't be allowed to do, or the one where we have the support of the other side of the equation?
If you want specifically to kill Jedi, that's your perogative. If you want Samous to keep pursuing that issue, fine. However sometimes we just have to accept the facts and move on. We are not going to be allowed to hunt Jedi until either our profession is more popular, or their profession gets behind the idea. If we keep complaining about an issue that is already moot, we probably also will lose our opportunity to at least find some other way to have player missions.
