I got an idea...
How about the players getting a message saying "%TT is no more" as in the db phrase when they try to db you. There use to be a bug if you were dragged and /cloned you would stand in place and clone. Have it be something like that, where you look dead to everyone else ( white name, corpse of %TT. Then just magically come back to life...
Make it where they cannot attack you, but once you stand up you can get attacked.
Make it to where a novice has more of a chance of his opponent realizing he is faking it, and there is a chance for attack. The higher feign you get, the less that chance is. Make it like.. +5 at novice, +10 +15 +20 +20 and +20 at master allowing a 10 point curve to be filled with skill attachments. There would be a 90% chance that masters successfully feign.

I agree. Shouldn't it have been like that from the beginning?

Just a quick question that I thought someone here might be able to answer. Do any of you notice a large difference in feign death between dirty firghting 1 thru 4. Do the skill mods make a big difference?

Yes and No. You can still be targeted and end up with destroyed armor and balck barred. But not killed.

it also stops the last player thats attacking you not able to travel. I had a guy cussing at me because I forgot I was overt and fded at the first sign of imps in bestine. He was stuck there till he gave up and I got to run away.

This will help you for about a day. The combat revamp added a 3 second delay on armor removal/putting on, so FD has just became even more FUBAR. And this revamp goes live in the morning. So enjoy your macro tonight...

It works just like the brakes on your car still work even as you are flying off of a cliff.
