Jus tpicked this up the other day and wanted your input on it. I was thinking on slapping a ADK on it, tell me what you think.

1.24 spd modified
340-948 dmg
acc bonus 17

363.59 unmodified dps
517.85 modified dps
ranged 0-35m

Oh damn, that beats mine by 6 on SAC and has bacc bonus
Im jelous now...And yes ADK it because 948 max is the cap on a scatter and 1.73 is the speed cap. Not sure why your mod speed is so slow, guess you arent MBH/Pistoleer? If you were it would be 1.05

Capped damage Decent SAC.
SAC is still a little high for continuous specials. But you could get a way with a damage PU on this gun.

I saw a Scatter that was converted from Pre-CU that had:
1043 max dmg with .5 attack speed...SAC was around 98.

on a 304 base dps pistol, my modded dps is 528, i wonder what that on would be, i personally think you should sell it, pistoleers with really want it, whats the point of you using a pistol ?

er, CH ? is that creature handler? you got stuck with a hella crap respec man, unlucky
if you intend to go master pistols, keep it and slap an ADK on it,
if not sell it

I am a Master BH/CH with 2 columns of pistols (x4x4), so I dont have the speed column. Since CH is pretty much useless now I have been debating on whether or not to drop it. But for now thats how my stats are.

That is without a doubt a fine Carbine my friend. If you have more than one ADK then yes, adk that sucker.
you can get it customized with looted scopes for accuracy and get pups for speed or vis versa, which ever suits your needs. I know that there is a damage cap for carbines ( or any gun for that matter ) and yours just might be near the cap. Withgreat slices and powerups,you just might very well have the best carbine possible.

As I repeatedly say, ADK your best weapon, all the time, no matter the stats......PERIOD.
I don't comprehend why anybody wouldn't ADK their best weapon or need to ask about it......once you find a better one just destroy the 'bad' one and re-apply the ADK to the 'good' one.
