What if the devs would solve the problems we are having with Tera Kasi this way....The farther you go up in aprofession the better you get in your skills HAM wise( which should be the case). Which means that a master Tera kasi should have considerable less HAM cost on every special move than a novice TKA performing the same moves. Unarmedhit3 should cost less HAM than unarmedhit1 and do way more damage. I mean it makes sense, a novice tera kasi should take more damage doing specials because they havent perfected that combat skill yet but a master tera kasi shouldnt, since he should know much better how to deal with that skill thus doing less damage to himself yet increasing the damage on his attack. This is common sense, a black belt should kick a white belt easily without much of an effort.

I think you make a valid point ballem, but i doubt that the devs would ever take that into mind, all we can do is see what happens next.
5 minutes after the patch goes live, somebody comes on the board and reports getting the fscs? 
I'd be seriously pissed at sony, but it's not like I'd quit the game because they lied to me. Maybe I wouldn't have been able to get the slot in the past, butI would be able to now...
So what would you all do? Quit? Write many angry forum posts to the devs? Sell your first-born child to buy the first fscs?
I think that is going to be the case.. I am sure there are a few people who are there... and just waiting on the patch. BUT i think SOE would be smarter and have to have them find the trigger after the patch is over.. There has to be a final trigger.

Sony are in a bit of a strange position now. If it is like a lot of people are saying and the patch does actually contain something to activate the FS slot then we should see at least a few slots open as soon as the patch goes live. The thing is will Sony do this, thereby admitting in an indirect way that they have lied about FS all along?
If what they say about the FS tracking code being active all alongis true then this shouldn't be a problem.
.........unless they deliberately delay the code that does open the FS slot for a set amount of time after the patch goes live.........
One way or the other its going to be very hard to impossible to prove one way or another.
Just enjoy the game and hope that one day you open the slot yourself.
Its really not a matter of them. I just wanna see someone get it. I used to be a programmer and i Know how delays go.. But this is business so heh I dont put anything past em. Love the game hate the business.
I think this will be the case. It wouldn't piss me off, if anything I would play more 
SOE could always say they were waiting until someone unlocked the FSCS before patching, hence the patch was timed around the unlocking of the FSCS rather than the FSCS relying on the patch.
I hope that at the least, you get the "you have unlocked FSCS" message when it actually occurs though. I don't mind if the stuff for the FSCS isn't patched in until the next day, but I think it would be exciting and fair for the person to know they unlocked their FS slot right away.
At first I would probably think these people who claimed to open up the slot was lying just to get a rile out of people.
If it was proven true then yes I would definitely considering not renewing.
I can stand the lack of content, bugs, imbalance, basically boredom. But I don't like being lied to, or a proper word is misled.
Heh yeah.. I have no idea how its gonna happen I just want it to happen to someone..
Wouldn't you just love to see a power gamer get the first one, make jedi master in a month, then ebay it?

Well if all these check lists are remotely close then I will not even be close. LOL! 
Yes I have played since before beta and I have been playing this phase of the game since day one, but I never knew where to start. There should be some starting point, some kind acknowledgement letting you know if you were on the right track but there wasn't so I played the game and will continue until I get bored.
Anyway that was my 2 credits worth.
