Let me put this into more appropriate terms..."due to the high amount of jedi willing to pay 30 bucks to buy our horrible expansion, you were unable to pinpoint his location".

Its no mystery that the real reason they did this is to sell more ROTW.

Don't think that when (and only when) an acceptible percentage of accounts have this expansion, they'll "fix" droids.

Bait and switch is what they're good at.

I don't hate jedi or the people who play them (as a matter of fact, I plan on becoming jedi myself sooner or later)...I hate what the jedi profession has become due to the constant catering to jedi by the devs. It has come to the point where jedi have virtually NO weaknesses, and there is next to no reason to play a combat role that is not jedi unless its being used as a stepping stone to become jedi, because chances are jedi can fill a non jedi combat role better than someone who was specifically designed for that role.

Don't flame me because I want to see a better game and tell it like it is.

The problem with kashyyyk isnt really that you cant find your marks, because with some time, and determination, you can, and will find your mark.

And they are almost allways on the same spots .

Whats really annoying is the fact, in places like "wookie village", in the webweavers path, theres a place where almost every jedi hides, where you for some reason cant shoot at them, or engage combat at all. You will only get the message "Cannot see target", even if you are standing at them...

Hopefully this will be fixed soon enough.. I highly doubt it was intentional..

I really hate that place where "cannot see target", i report an haressment every jedi i saw, and i saw about TEN players in the same place at same time when they saw you. Resume:

- They hide in their houses

- Run for their lifes allways

- Go to the sea (if theres)

- Line disconnect

- DEVs give them aFREE planet: Kashyyyk for grind afk without danger.

And, when you lost a lot of time searching, arrive to Web Ryatt Trail zone and.. "can't see target"!!, how?? if i m seeing about TEN jedis in 1x1 meters !!!!! And, of course, if you sit and wait all of them execute the "afk macro" or LD.

clap clap clap

Welcome to "you knowwhat company"loves jedis players and f*ck the rest

It's a technical limitation.....it wasn't a conscious decision to screw over BH's. The way the Devs handle instances on Kashyyk is screwy. They aren't really instances at all but mulitple copies of of the same area in one instance. Basically they are cheating. Go into any instance and create a wp....now go into any other instance andtry to get to that wp.....it's impossible. Most of the time it will be 100's if not 1000's of meters away even if it shows that it's in the correct place on the overhead (ctrl-v) map. So any wp they gave you wouldstill force you to go into each instance to see which one it was actually in. Personally I think they should have at least left it where they told you the area, not that it really matters. Jedi are usually in 1 of 2 places anyway.

Personally, i dont mind this at all.

Being a bounty hunter is not just about letting your droid do the work sometimes you have to use more "conventional" methods, like manually searching or waiting patently for your mark.

I'd much sooner Tanks concentrate his efforts on getting the house tef thing fixed.
Its game breaking for normal hunts, least on kashyyk when you eventually find them they cant run in to a house and hide mid fight.

Jedi are there 95% of the time because of this problem. They know they can grind (afk or not)with minimal risks of having a BH kill them. That and the fact that they can exploit line of sight issues in terrain to be unattackable by NPC and creatures (and BH again).

Otherwise they would grind somewhere else.
