Devs should go to TH for that. That's where Tanks submitted these issues. TH SHOULD DO HIS FREAKING JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now that I think about it, now is the time when the devs are starting to focus on profession fixing. They've been preoccupied with mounts, vehicles, player cities, and now they are actually looking at professions.
Too bad they can't utilize their own system of information gathering to help them.

Hi guys...
anyone can help me with two things...
one... wich is the best pet to tank, taking into account not only how powerful he is but also the price and how common to get is...
the second... how do i get more difficult missions... i am a marksman 4,0,0,3 (making xp for novice rifleman)and a scout 3,2,2,3 and i am equiped with a T11 or a tusken (both do a damage arround 200)... i am in tatooine and i only get sevorrts to kill!!

well the best tank pet that is non-BE is a gurreck. it is level 50 and require you to be a Master CH. for a nonCH thre isnt a good pet for combat.
on tatooine you wont get difficult missions.
to get more difficult missions you need better skills or a larger group.

If you're a master CH, Rancors and Gurrecks are great tanks and Kimoglias probably work well too. If you're a lower level CH, you have some OK options also - you can get a level 25 Grand Wrix, alevel 30Giant Sand Beetle or a level 35 Graul Mauler. They are all decent tanks and as long as you're strong enough with a gun, you can take down decent lairs. For your level, it sounds like you can probably go to Dant and group pets (and probot if necessary) to get Picket lairs for 8-10k a piece. You can also try Corellia for any of the cat missions - razor cats, crimson razor cats, wrix's, mottled wrixes, or grand wrixes for 4-8k a piece.

kimos are good looking and **edit** cute when they lay down to sleep but they moake horrible combat pets. the pathing bugs with the dragon skins are horrendous and theyre never where you think they are. the cat models make the best pets due to their speed. get somehting with armour soon as you can. armour is more important than resists in a pet.

BE pets are far superior.. one of my guild's CH's lends me his gurrcat from time to time... it has 11k hams, light armor, and 60% kinetic resists.
if you're not a ch, forget having a good tank. itried using a BE created CL10 dewback, 5k hams, no armor, 10% kinetic resist for tanking pikets and such-- it went down at least twice per lair.

it seems like every day things are getting worse and worse, not to mention people getting more and more fed up. all many of us are looking for is some sign from a higher power, be it a dev or correspondent, that things will work out. that there are things in the work to correct many, or at least some of the issues out there.
after all, it would be nice to know that there is a future to the bounty hunter profession. it would be nice to know that eventually we will be effective again.

lol! well i'm going master swords, BH 4/0/0/0 and Pistol. 3/0/4/0 (and master marks). I still need to buy some good food, and am in the process of getting my Scythe (have never fought a jedi with one yet) then i'll see how i do. Swords dont got much def. so soloing might be a game, but i'll do good as a support class in group hunting Jedi.
