I'm actually surprised that there aren't bounty hunters lining up at smugglers doors asking for armor slices to reduce the effectiveness of armor break. don't know exactly how that slice works, and all this tier stuff. And whether you need loot components or not. But little bit has to help right? But other than the slice change. Smugglers/Rangers/Squad Leaders/Image Designers/Musicians/Creature Handlers got put on the backburner again.

whats really sad about the whole BH/Smuggler thing is that it is one of the Ideas for the ame that pretty much everyone agrees on. I guess thats why the devs have not put it in. wouldnt want to make the game too fun.

wasn't publish 10 supposed to be the smuggler revamp? and then 11 was supposed to be the squad leader revamp, i know that for sure

Keep in mind though, there's probably a lot more jedi now than Master Smugglers

Which means BH's would have to be alot more careful who they kill, cuz if I'm a smuggler and I get killed by a bounty hunter, he's going on my "do not slice for" list...

The new smuggler slices means that armor gets a 75% chance (At most) of deflecting an armor break.. Not reducing the damage done after an armor break...

Actually, you're missing the point. In the system that we are all talking about, Smugglers would have to do something specific to get hunted, something they know could end up with them getting a player BH after them. So it's not like every Smuggler is going to have it forced on them.

I've been a Smuggler since beta. I've been waiting 2 years for some Smuggler content. I say bring it on. I'll probably get my ass handed to me more times than not, but both me and the BH are going to have a good time.

I just hope that the BH's remember that us poor little Smugglers aren't defenseless, and we have a few surprises up our sleeves.
