I went after a jedi today and used concussion shot to keep them rooted and dazed. This was working nicely until one of his guildmates started to duel him while I was fighting him. His guildies attacks would break the effects of my concussion shot. They did this until I was dead. Is this a known exploit or is it "working as intended"? Thanks.

how about you post a guide in the game guides forum on how to do this too, i don't think enough jedi are using this one yet
(in case you couldn't detect the sarcasm, i'm suggesting maybe you should edit this post so you aren't giving jedi a how-to on beating people who use this attack)

Its not really an EXPLOIT.. but yea its cheap.. but creative![]()
i consider that on the lines of accepting rides, going in a house while being attacked, and using the bridge in the trials

Well, I talked to a CSR on my server a few days ago.. He said accepting rides isnt against the rules or anything, but he said "They cant do it while in combat right" and I said "It looks like they are" and he said "Okay, Ill bring this up to management" and well yea I bet hes gotten around to that ![]()
The bridge on the trails IS an exploit, just make a CSR friend and /tell him whenever someone does it, its what I do.. the CSR usually forces him to move by making him follow him or something, quite funny

good rule of thumb .. if you have to ask if something is an exploit ? it more than likely IS ..

Well on the subject of cheap moves the same could be said for the BH who invented the tactic, duel your mate and area attack to break cloak, duel your mate down to 10% health and use last ditch and so on. Using cheap tactics because the other side does doesnt make it right but people will always use the "he did it so i will" excuse.

im sure its not a true exploit but it is unethical. I doubt the devs thought of this when making the game. though, it is a jedi tactic so maybe its working as intended

I find it funny that you aren't at all concerned about the fact that you obviously are continually spamming "concussion shot to keep them rooted and dazed" being an exploit, as it has been announced as an issue to be fixed, thus not working as intended. Exploit lies in the eyes of the beholder.
