Ok, im a Rebel BH, im a major in the rebellion and i've been a rebel since i started playing at launch, now that i finally decided to grind bh, i noticed that the majority of the imp Jedi are always hiding in their houses or on kashyyk, the rebel jedi tend to not be.
So i pose a question, I dont want to give up rebel, but i want to hunt rebel jedi, i've already made quite a few enemies by hunting rebels already and i dont want to give my guild a bad name.
any of you guys got suggestions? should i just keep hunting them as a rebel? or should i drop to neutral status, i really really dont want to do this

Key is to have fun man, and if you're not finding targets you're not having fun. 
If you're hurting your guildsreputation(which you obviously are) by hunting same faction, you might wanna go your own way. Which doesn't sound like much fun for you either.
Tough call...you say since launch? You must have some good friends in your guild..would suck losing them, at the very least not being in guild chat or ts/vent with them.
I don't have an answer for you..just pointing out the obvious i guess. Luckily there is no shortage of Jedi on Bloodfin.

i'd probably take my luck with the imp jedi. there have to be some worthy targets. Beats losing friends and respect.

you'll get tons of flames and a lota people will hate you and youll get a lot more flames if you hunt the same faction. BUT, it's a game, and if it's fun and you have fun with the hate tells (a lota people do, i used to ) then hunt whoever ya want 
this is a prochoice world! *runs away franticly*

I could care less what onther player thinks of my hunting practices, I hunt all jeedai no matter faction! I do wish they would come out with a seperate faction for BHs and smugglers to end the crying of some players over hunting same faction.

tough situation you are in there bud.
here's what i would do... try and find a BH guild on your server. you dont have to drop to neutral so you can still role play the GCW, but this way you can hunt whoever you choose.
Continue to make friends, even jedi friends... eeek! but seriously why not? just add them to your personal list of friendly jedi you wont hunt.
the point is... YOU ARE A BOUNTY HUNTER! you are a killer. you are a mercenary. you are a hitman for hire. you dont care about faction or opinion of others. you should look forward to the hate tells for killing faction members!!! its what we BH's live for!
if you can get inside your mark's head and creep under their skin like that you have brought your hunt or possibly your triumph to a whole new level. Im not saying be rude or anything, but you are the hunter, you should not allow your prey to have any advantage over you, nor should you ever allow them to see a weakness... such as... "oh hes in ____ guild, he wont touch me... ill tell his guildmates and he'll get in trouble for hunting a rebel" blah blah blah.
fight on your own terms my friend. i would consider trying to find an all BH guild... im sure there has to be one. dont worry about losing your friends, you are a vet of the game since launch, if they are real friends they wont care... so long as you dont hunt them! LOL. play the game to have fun, do whatever you want.
i hope this helped. worse comes to worst, just stick with your present guild and try your luck on the imps. but being an imp anda BH myself, i know how tricksy some jedi can be. it does get irritating.

montell heres what i would do..... since i am in your guild and your roommate. First, we have a fast cruise tomorrow and the trash needs to be taken out. Second, im stuck on the ship working tonight and cant make it home to take the trash out. Third, trash needs to be taken out. And about the BH issue. Well just hunt what you want, and make sure you dont hunt your jedi friends. that is all....

The best thing a BH could do is be Neutral. You can hunt who you want, when you want, how you want and no one can say anything about it. If anyone protests they can kiss your $%^. You dont answer to any one but yourself.
