Thread: A Workaround to the /duel Exploit

Hey, It is obviouse im not the only one plagued by this exploit. However there is a simple workaround! Next time stay on your bike. The game will think since you techincally cannot attack that you cant attack and will give the jedi the normal "You have challenged XXXX To a duel" message. So if at all possible stay on your bike and this exploit wonte effect you!

Hmm interesting, had at least 10 random people tell me in the past few days that it doesnt work anymore, will have to test it myself.

i had someone do /duel;/endd to me while i had their mission and I got the message, but they didn't realise and thought i didn't have the mission

i got the duel request immediatley followed by the challenge canceled lol.
then i get a /t lol..
"i know you have my mission"
lol wth? I didn't have anyones mission, but i thought it was funny how he bugged out.... even after trying to /duel he wasn't convinced himself that it was working anymore lol.
anyways...

Explain this I have seen duel duel cancelled many time riding by on my bike....

How is this a "workaround"? Is it not an exploit to counter what has been accused of being an exploit?

How is it an exploit? All you are doing is staying on your bike. You are not attacking. You aren't doing any commands to prevent the Jedi from attacking you. And you are keeping an honest man honest by not allowing him the ability to exploit to see if you have his mission.
