How many carbine speed points do you need to achieve the 1.0 cap? Is it 85 or 100 points?
Thanks!
Thanks!

100 but depending on your weapon and specials you use, you can hit the 1.0 speed cap also. 100 just garentees it.

Actual speed = Ws* Sp* (( 100 - spd) * 0.01)
- Ws = Weapon spd
- Sp =The spd modifier on the special you use (normal attack = 1)
- Spd = Your carbine spd(85 or something like that)
Or something like that?

+50 represents a 50% reduction to your speed rate. So +100 means a 100% reduction to your firing rate.

Well now that i have made a new char i have decided to do the pikeman journey over again.......now being one of the first pikeman i had a 4.9 speed LVA later on the wepsmiths got better and i got down to 4.4 but i always knew my speed could be faster now i have a uber NS lance that is 1.0speed and i hit 2-3 times a sec and im only 0/0/0/0 in the pikeman tree so if anyone know what the speed cap is it would be nice to know because i want to be able to hit as fast as my pike as with my TKA skills..............

Hey everyone, I just wanted to say that I just acquired +16 two hand speed from attachments bringing me to 96. The difference between 80 and 96 is unbelieveable.Nightsisters are a piece of cake now. I can do nearly all of my moves very close to the speed cap , even with a 5.6 speed power hammer. I highly highly recommend that if
