Thread: Do you DB Jedi's that do not fight back? that are LD and/or AFK?

I was wondering the enjoyment in this? isn't this griefing? i log out at my house and log back in and i appear in the cloner? i mean... i have NO reason to not fight. But it disgusts me the purpose of fighting when there is no possible fight.
I thought that the purpose of bounties where to fight for your money. Not to just "grief" someone. I guess some people enjoy stealing candy from 5year olds with a gun.

I don't fight LD Jedi, but AFK of course, don't go AFK in public places if you're on the terms.

Well i will, i mean if they are dumb and go afk in public, then sevs em right, but i dunno about LD.....but then again, tehre is no real honour in our proffession, we are called scum of the galaxy....but im not sure about dbing an LDer, unless they were taunting me alot and took me forever and they are jerks, then i'll db em.

Thing is.. i was at my house.. which it kicks you out of it with the TEF.. i was logged out... i log back in im in the cloner.. WT?

Not sure how that happened then, not too clued up on building TEF's since pre-cu. You may have warped, but that's the only thing i can think of. Either way, logging in your house and coming back dead sucks

Sure does, i know how u feel, well its worse for you man, but i have soem armor, about 7114 energy not ADKed yet, and want it to be mint, so i log on dathomir and i end up cloners with my armor down to 80%. i was pissed. but hey, coulda been worse, for insatnce in ur place.

BHA goes bya RoE code (Rules of Engagement) regarding AFK and LD marks.
-If the mark is (AFK), he is fair game. As stated above somewhere, if you're on the terminals, you shouldntgo (AFK) in a place where you're attackable, that's just dumb.
-If a mark is (LD) on arrival, it may be a connection problem or something else unavoidable.In keeping it fair, the BH is to back off or wait until the mark is back online and moving before opening fire.
-If the mark goes (LD) in mid-fight or upon sight of the approaching BH, it may be a cheap attempt at a quick escape, and the Bounty Hunter may engage the mark at will.
These are just general guidelines set forth by BHA (Bounty Hunters Alliance) as a matter of respect towards other players and may be dictated differently by each individual situation.

Probably used a bomb droid on you to get the tef.. fit droid detectors on all entrances to your house.

if they are LD i will kill them, i've had heaps of jedi who have tried to ld to avoid getting killed, its cheap. the jedi will try any cheap trick to not get killed by a bh (carrying houses to lay down on lok to hide in if a bh comes along, the old LOS exploit on kashyyk, etc etc) so to compain about bh's killing them when they are logging is a bit hypochritical in my opinion.

It clearly says in my post that those are BHA rules of engagement, an ethical codeand a matter ofcommon respect for another player.

i did it a couple of times, but the situations were pure chance as i was overt running solo and came across lone jedi meditating, no ld. i attacked and they suddenly went ld, so i figured, eh, why not just finish em off right? bad pace to go ld anyway, lol.
