Ok, so I find out that my mark is on Dantooine. So I say a quick prayer thanking the bounty gods that he'snot on Kashyyyk and I'm off to Dantooine. So I'm tracking him for about 4000 m on my swoop, and realize he's doing missions, cause hes standing in one place for a while, then moving about 1k and then standing in one place for a while. So my droid stops tracking, and the last wp was a mission he already finished, so i send out another droid, wait a bit and start tracking him again. So I catch up with him, get to around 170m of him and go into cover, and I'm trying to get near enough to him to get a root on him with a rifle, so then i can run in blazing with my pistol.

So anyway I see that his group is finishing up the mission, and theyre all getting on their bikes. So I'm thinking "I'll just wait for them to leave and track em to the next mission, cause I'm not gonna blow my cover while he's on his bike and can just run off." So I wait until theyre gone, get up and pull my swoop. But then I see a dot on the radar coming back toward me and I just think "ahh sh*t". So this guy comes up to me and I'm like "crap ... busted" and I'm expecting the usual stuff where the Jedi's group members wanna act like tough guys and just stand around you and taunt ya.

But here's the kinda funny part. The guy sends me an invite and I'm like "?" and he goes "Do you want to do missions with us?". Now, in real life I'm laughing my ass off, but I just say "sure" and accept the invite. So now I have a group list with a waypoint right to the Jedi. So I go to the mission, acting casual, shooting some bols and stuff. The Jedi has no idea what going on, I'm just like "hey thanks for the group guys." So I'm kinda havingastruggle with myconscience, going"I could just wait until this guys taking on a couple bols and just knock the crap outta him before he even knows whats going on, or I could do the honorable thing."

So I decided not to be a total jackass, andjust think "I really only do this for the fun on hunting down the Jedi" So I just say to the Jedi, "hey, hate to break it to you, but I haveyour mission. If you don't run, I'll drop your mission and we'll just duel." lol he didn't believe me at first. He's like "For real? Are you serious?" So we dueled, I won, and ended up with a good hunt, the right to say I beat this Jedi, and a funny story. I know some of you will think I should have just shot this guy in the back, but I guess I need to work on my killer instinct.

I have a similair story.

I shuttled into the player city where my wp showed my mark was. I get there and he comes right up to me and says "hey lets group" and then (I'm guessing he saw my scatter, as I don't wear my tag) he pulled his swoop and rolled off. I pull mine and follow close and start sending him tells like "hey, thought you wanted to group".

He stops and invites me and we start hunting. Now, it's just me and him and he's not very good. I figure next mob on him and I open fire, done deal. But it's double xp and my roommate is on and cant find a group. I play the good friend I am and tell him to come join us and then as we're fighting more I tell the jedi "hey bud, i just dropped your mission". This got a "are you serious?" reply from him and I start to laugh.

That laugh lasted a few seconds as another BH showed up and shot him down.

Anywho, good story but you shoulda killed him. As a rule to contract killers (AKA Bounty Hunters) effeciency before honor. Kill him without honor and you still get the creds and less of a headache after the match. Kill him with honor and you have a chance at losing, a chance at losing alot of your medical supplies, and espeacialy a chance at letting him go.

The story was ruined because you didn't backstab him. Next time, kill him when he won't expect it. Make sure he loses the XP too. Tell him you dropped [but don't drop it]his mission but you still want to duel. If you lose, no harm done. Just act like you friends. If you win, they will get a nice experience surprise.
