Thread: KD/ROOT/HEAL Bug
concussion shot
This ranged attack ability dazes an oppponent completely stopping their ability to move or attack for a short period of time. Any damage done to the target during that time will bring them back to their sense and allow them to react again.
fired with a rocket launcher = kd + root
obviously you dont understand.
jedi k/d and root you, then the jedi can attack you and you cant heal.
this is a bug

Are you saying you could not heal after getting back up from the KD?
I fought a Master Powers Jedi, Got KD'd then he used Stasis on me which meant I could do nothing. Stasis is like Paralyse in the CM template but lasts for much longer.
I was as you say a sitting (lying down) duck. I was fairing well up to that point. I have a macro to counter the KD bug so it was not that.
sheesh....![]()

isnt that called stasis?
We have our winner! It blows, yeah, but this is one thing that is certainly working right. Rifleman ftw!
The bug is not stasis...
It is root...
A jedi will kd/root and you will lay there the entire root timer...
Nothing will break it... you will take damage the whole time without being able to recover.... tested
Yes it is sploit.... send ticket

Lots of jedi are smuggler/commando hybrids n00bzz

That is really disturbing. Root used to not break on damage, but it was nerfed (by jedi complaints, I believe). If jedi have found a way to exploit it, man, that is so wrong.
