Thread: Krayts?

I know it's off topic (and I'm sure I'll pay the price) but, is there a most frequent spawn location for Krayts? I'm a MCH w/ 0,0,3,4 BH and am about to drop CH skills to finish off BH (have max inv, carb and pistol xp points saved up).

What does finishing Bh have to do with krayts? there are a lot easier and faster ways to grind then hunting krayts in a group.

The above is right, but the krayt graveyard is a good spot to find them.

Not looking to group - wanted to solo while I still had MCH - get tired of running around trying to find them - just looking for some fun

creatures against a krayt is laughable at best now, they fall fast.

Unfortunately, Krayt Graveyard is the most specific info I can give. Helps to have a Ranger with AreaTrack in the group, though... unless your server is like Corbantis, where the graveyard is flanked by several player cities and the mighty Krayts are all but hunted to extinction ._.
Last time I went out Krayt hunting we ran in circles for an hour trying to track one down. The closest we came was running up on a Krayt corpse while a player and his three AT-STs walked away -_-

hmm thats a good question. Maybe there was a base there and the AT-STs saw him fighting and they came over to help. they do that alot to me

Krayts are really, REALLY bad for experience if that's what you want. Nothing gives over ~4.5k experience, there's a soft cap at 3k per person, past that experience goes up very slowly. Most BHs hunt solo, I always do, and there are a lot better things to hunt. Heck, even kimos are better to hunt if you still want some excitement. Krayts aren't things you can kill without a monumental effort, a large group, a ludicrous defense-stack class, or an exploit. You hunt them for pearls/tissues, not much else

i always seem to find krayts along the right side of the canyon, upon entering the graveyard from the west good luck, pfft a mch has no chance on soloing a krayt if dependant on their creatures to tank

fun socks nothing gives over 4.5k xp??? i've gotten 5022 xp off things like the squills in that cave on tatooine

K, So there finally spawnign on Flurry again......all I have gotten out of 16 Krayts have been Assault cores.......w...t...f...
They like this on everyones server also?

Yes very slow day, maybe one or two decent sets of tissues from all morning
