Thread: Jedi on Kash...
Ok, basically yesterday I was angered a bit by a Bh that made a comment that "Jedi on Kash are wasting my time making me work harder..." I don't get how they could be wasting your time. BH hunt to kill jedi to try to keep the population down (most common reason...) and want the jedi "Out of sight"... Well, on Kash, they are.
Not everyone likes PVP. EVERYONE likes Jedi. Forced pvp = bad. You're 5 min-5hours searching for this person is just as bad as the 5-10 hours (not counting double exp cuz it ends soon) to make up for a BH death doesn't really cause much fun. It may be fun for you, but keep in mind, there's another person on the other end. There are many overt jedi, just waiting for the chance to test their skills, why not focus on them instead. Also, many players get hit by multiple BH in a given time period, don't assume you're the only one and kill that person over and over. That won't just "lower the jedi population" that might cause that person to quit the game.
Think about your actions before you go and ruin someone else's game. And the Jedi on Kash are grinding out of sight, out of mind. Hell, I didn't know there was that many people that earned their padiwan status until I went looking around a bit.
It's not that jedi is too easy to get, the game is maturing. Jedi is the only real goal (besides mando, but face it, it requires a jedi to get so blah) anyway.
Yeah yeah, we know becoming a jedi = you're hunted, but remember that person on the other end. The jedi have been forced into hiding on Kash, that should be good enough. Kash = a remote planet.
That's my 2 cents. Hate it, love it, but have fun, and at least respect others fun.
As far as them coming off kash, how many times have you had help from a jedi during a quest? Many of us have. And if you EVER plan on getting Mandalorian armor, it's a guarantee that you'll need one's help. Don't burn your bridges.

Ya forced PvP = bad.
But saying that Jedi are forced into PvP is the same thing as saying Special Forces are forced into PvP. Electing to be a Jedi is electing to PvP against Bounty Hunters. Therefore, while I go through every possible step to insure that I'm not griefing them, that Jedi had better come to terms with the fact that they chose to be PvP'd, and if they don't like it, they should've left their lightsaber off.

I dont see why you bhs dont stand upfor your selves?
I mean common.... Get a couple groups of 8 and hit the trails early evening to late night. Kill every jedi taht is over 150k.
Do this for a week or 2 and the jedi will think twice before going down there.

Agreed.
However, some Bounty Hunters seem to think that just because Jedi Hunting is part of their content, that we should just march right up to them and let them attack us.
Though I have no problem with BHs and skill loss, you guys have to remember, nothing good comes from a grinding Jedi being attacked by a BH. There is no advantage to us whatsoever.
So while I will never complain if I am killed by a Bounty Hunter and take skill loss, I'm not going to make it easy for you either.
