Thread: So I DB'd an Image Designer Yesterday...

I was searching for a mission on a specific Jedi because a friend who was new to the hunt wanted some support.
I had been there about 15 minutes, REFRESH REFRESH REFRESH REFRESH with no luck, I'm getting kind of aggravated. My friend was already closing in on the target, and I'm there wasting my time (I had been banking xp for a re-grind).
Suddenly,a duel request pops up on my screen.
I hit "Exit" on the terminal interface, and I look to my left to see a guy with a blue Mohawk with a "Novice Image Designer" tag. He's about 50% blackbarred and just standing there.
Well, with bounty hunting the way it is, I thought it might be my last chance to get a kill.
So I killed him. Two shots and a deathblow.
"Man that was brutal," another BH at the term said. "You didn't even question whether he meant to do it--you just nailed him!"
At least with Patch 20, the Image Designers need not fear us anymore.

I'm here at work and I just started laughing uncontrollably when I read this! That is the funniest thing in the world!
Poor Image Designer didn't see it coming!

This only reinforces that fact that Image Designers need to be nerfed. Clearly, being this one was so heavily black barred and still had the confidence to duel, he has powers we can only begin to understand. NERF them hard and NERF them now!!! ok ok I kid I kid
Funny story though, heck if someone challenges the duel it is thier own demise if they arent equipped to fight. Did you get a chance to see his CL? I wonder if they even had combat skills or are a new player and were attempting to group or trade with you. Would have been funny to see.

As for the original post, one one hand, I think "Geeze, picking on noobs.." but then I remeber seeing some noobs walking through Mos Eisley just wanting to duel everyone and anyone and I think "LOL"

Hahaha . . . the sheer number of times I've been walking through a city, gotten a duel request, and turned around to find a frightened noob who really just wanted to hit "Examine." Once I got three in an hour; I thought about accepting one . . . mwahaha, next time I will.

I love it when someone actually means to duel you (Normally non-Jedi), thinking that you aren't that great because you are wearing a stocking cap and some shorts.....
Then you accept without hesitation and turn around and blow them away with your Krayted 1130 Max Damage Lighting Rifle in two shots....a knockdown and critical.
That is the best.

I have a Adv. Laser Rifle with 1300 max dmg. Aim+snipershot for teh win.
