Yeah, and then everytime you hunt your mark your visibility explodes and then you've got a dozen TKM Bounty Hunters after you with only Master Saber and ZERO defenses and ZERO healing ability.
Smart.

I've actually had several friends express curiousity in a Jedi/BH crossover template...the ultimate in paradoxes.
However, I have been politely informed by a CSR that this is impossible. Unless someone tells me otherwise, I believe there is a game mechanic installed preventing people who have Jedi Initiate or higher from accepting the Novice Bounty Hunter profession box.
Can we get a definite answer, perhaps from our Correspondent or someone else who would know/has tried it?

lol true.
However you have to take one thing into account: a BH/Jedi moves around... a lot.
Its not like a jedi that grinds in one planet or spot for an hour or so..as a BH i keep moving all the time from planet to planet city to city.
Hard to track or keep up with someone like that.

I don't care how much you move, I will catch you.
I can see it now...
You noob Jedi is grinding on quenkers on Dantooine.
You rush up on him with your Saber out and start attacking.
The noob Jedi thinks to him self, "No! I'm about to die at the hands of an Evil BH"
Then out of the blue...
A MBH.
Next thing you know your dead, the noob Jedi is thanking the MBH and back to hunting quenkers and the MBH is on his way back to the terms to get a mission on the noob

true, however some players go into jedi initiate Already having bounty skills. i konw a master bounty hunter who is going jedi, he will not have to give it up his skills untill he needs the skill points.

this is kind of a template question(pls forgive me i'm at work and bored)
I have just been playing around with Kodans prof builder and came up with the idea of a bounty hunter/Jedi
basically the template looks like this.
BH inv 4
lightsaber 0/0/4/4
force powers 4/0/0/4
master marksman (Required for BH)
scout 4/0/0/0(Required for BH)
now if you took along a medic for heals do you think this would be an effective jedi hunting template?
The idea behind this came from me watching episode 20 of the clone wars micro series(again)
for those of you who have'nt seen it, it introduces the new bad guy which is General Greivous. GG is basically a cyborg that hates Jedi and likes to hunt them down. he uses either his blaster pistols or more commonly he uses lightsabers that he has looted from the jedi he has killed(seriously)
So i tried to come up with a way to make a grievous like template in game.
what you guys think??

I like the idea, no better yet, I love the idea, but there's no possible way you can out-damage them, unless you stick to stricktly paddy's. You'd be better off just goin full out jedi and helping a BH friend.

I think you would be better of with TKM and some medic. TKA has nice toughness, good states, good state defence, force of will, warcry/intim if youare Zabrak equilibrium as well. LS 0044 has +40 toughness, good states, no state defense and only acces to a 3rd gen saber and at a guess 3k of force which will deplete faster than you might think + you will have to fork out million for nice pearls/crystals. Better of tka and spend some money on some nice VK's and unarmed damage tapes.

I personally would go MLS and take novice defender
that way you got 3.1k force 3.3k in robe and regen of 31. but you would not last long as your force would drain fast. ut at least u coudl do high dmg and really stick it to the padi's if you wanted to
