I love this. So many people complaining, whining, quitting the game all of a sudden, threatening to quit....
Good...quit...get out....So I can get back tonon-Jedi PvP and possibly even make the GCW a more involved part of my gameplay.

It is most unwise to celebrate ANY nerf. You have to know that BHs are next, right? 
That is the SOE way... I for one won't complain about this publish, nor celebrate the BH nerfs headed our way.
BTW, from what I'm hearing from Jedi friends on live, there is very little reason for BHs to be overly happy about this publish...

Yeah, its kinda crazy over at the Jedi board atm. Its been this way since the first TC notes for publish 19 came out. Now those changes are live.

Ummmm just to point out that your boards are no better my friend.....we share just as many whinners, quiters and general pansies. So get over yourself and kill some jedeye already.........

Blah Blah Blah.....you are mistaking my happiness at Jedi quitting for cheering a nerf. And I am not even sure this is a nerf....did you see what happened to Master Powers? Do you really think you can contend with increased Sabre damage and lower Sabre cost without Doc/CM somewhere in your template? I think it balances Jedi Healing with Jedi damage output and forces them to make interesting and hopefully diverse skill choices is all. No more homogenized MDef/MLS/Healer/Enhancer clones, you know?
I am not against Jedi in general. They have a place in the game, a huge place even; and yes...even in PvP and the GCW. I remember waaay back when you would see 1 or 2 jedi on the other side in a Base Raid/Defense and know that theywere difference makers, ones to be rightly feared and respected. I personally think Jedi should be the shiz when it comes to just about everything they have a skill tree for with the exception of healer. I think Jedi should be 3-5X as powerful as any Elite ProfessionI am however against the overwhelming swarms of Jedi currently inhabiting my universe. So....when I see Jedi leaving or threatening to leave in swarms...I say "Woot"....There was a reason you didn't see swarms of Jedi Pre Pub 9.....and the Jedi you did see were something in an all together different class....anwyay...enough my tangent.......

my point is that these boards are for constructive and worthwhile points to help your class.....you and the jedi that take up forum space with useless posts like this one should quit......quit using the forums atleast..............

Most people whined because they didnt try the patch yet. I played 2 hours today, and only felt enhanced in my jedi skills. Yes healing has a mind cost, but vs a rifleman / master combat medic i didnt even have to heal. With the new dmg output of saberthrow + elemental dmg fix, any knockdowned BH will die in seconds vs. a lightsaber jedi. We duelled 4 times, and everytime i could finish him off in less than 10 seconds.
We can still run an infusion macro, since mind actually heals up pretty fast, and alot faster than the macro can drain it.
I actually feel a bit worse for BH's these days, cause it seems they have to include either doc 4-0-0-0 or alot of combat medic in their template to be capable vs. a jedi, and i dont like the idea of forcing the masses to take the same template just to be able to fight.

The thing everyone forgets is that to get those "overpowered" heals, Jedi have to skip the armor. Everything took force, MLS still doesn't compare (not even close) to my MBH Adv Laser Rifle, oh and not everyone wanted MD.
Just waiting patiently now. One nerf begets another, soon after MBH/XXX/CM4000 or whatever is deemed too powerful (probably by pub20/21) it will get the smackdown.
Personally I'd like to see the defender tree gone (never happen) and the defenses scattered throughout the other trees. (I.E. LS gets ranged & Melee defense, Powers get Force Defenses, enhancer getting innate armor bonuses and aura, et al.)
Still we'll just have to suffer along from nerf to nerf, I just shudder about my MBH/MRM next. Carbineer's had it right, "no patch news is no nerf news."

1. I think that anyone who LOVES to see other people's misery needs a life.
2. Those Jedi had to work a lot longer and harder for their toon than BH's did. [couldn't respec from dancer to Jedi]
3. Even if Jedi were to disapear tomorow, BH is way overpowered and overpopulated in the game. [since respec their is like 80% BH in SWG] Whould still unbalance PvP for all other temps.
4. I believe that BH's, as a group, care nothing about balance, but are mainly Jedi haters for its own sake.
5. BH Forum has been notorious for its 'crying and whining' since before the first Jedi unlocked. People in glass houses....

been whooped one to many times by jedi huh these bh forums are just as funny to be honest theres no diffrence between the two jedi whine and bh's whine get over it jedi isnt going anywhere

Personally I think both Forums right now are a little whiny... Only difference is the Jedi, thanks to elemental damage fix, are dishing out amazing DPS now and really have no right to whine.
