Thread: The Kashyyk Problem
But no, it's a can of worms we don't need to open. Like, what if they're flying a Yacht? I don't want my yacht to be bugged and I'd lose all the stuff I've got since I started this game.
Simple effective and doesnt nerf the theme park quests.

Jedi have to manual it to Kashyyk, so allow us to hunt them in space. Just a creative solution to this issue which is killing the Master BHs out there (we are in pain) ... or just end the Kashyyk safe haven, whatever... As long as there is a safe haven planet all jedi will congregate there. Heck, you could even put safe haven areas on all planets that are relatively small...just something that would force a jedi to leave a safe area once every 3-5 hrs or so. If they can play there whole gametime in a safe place, Bounty Hunters are spending that whole time doing squat and complaining to each other haha.
I haven't been playing long, so I'm sure somebody will say none of this would ever happen, devs this, devs that yadayadayada
It'd be nice to hear what BHs and jedi have to say about some kind of solution(something must change);especially Jedi who are not totally biased, scared, wimps.
P.S. put more info on BH terminals, just want to know faction and online status
There is more to BH then hunting Jedi. If you are too lazy to actually hunt a mark, instead of relying on a droind to take you directly toothem then maybe Bountyhunter isnt for you.

Intelligent debate is an artform, trolling the BH forum just reinforces the anti-Jedi feelings that abound on these boards (and highlights WHY Jedi are so disliked among professions)

With Pub 19 Force healing got b0rked on all planets, actually.

as a jedi it makes me sick to see folks grinding afk for hours on the trail .. i have used the trail yes but i never afk anything .. unless im running ( literally ) to the bathroom or to grab a soda im always at the keyboard
there are a few effective solutions bh on my server have come up with .. one is a runner runs the trails merely gathering jedi names that he feeds it his friends who grab the missions ..the runner then sits outside the main gate to make sure the jedi doesnt leave... once his buddies arrive he runs and gets the mission too..
the other is just go down there late at night teach those afk'ers a lesson or two
kashh isnt like the rest ofthe game it does take work but i htink youll also find it more rewarding when and if you get your mark..more bounty hunter like for sure using your wits

This argument doesnt fly AT ALL. Jedi isnt a normal profession. If you want to be treated like a normal profession, be prepared to be as strong as one, too.

Jedi would be very happy if this were to happen, facing off with a mbh and have a ls able to do 1100 dmg? heck yah! have enough sp to dabble with some doc? heck yah!

Yes, I can, but not as effectively. Are you completely prevented from hunting marks on Kashyyyk, or just not as effectively?

Sobecause a player picks a specific profession,notwithstanding the relative abilities of that profession (because truly that's NOT what we'rediscussing here), then that playerdoesn't have the same right to play the game then? Is my $15 of less worth than your $15?
