Thread: If Jedi hunting was taken out of the game would you quit?
We spammed eyeshot on regular people in PvP until they called 'nerf'

To me the only reason to get the best of the best equipment is so that you can compete with other players. Even in high end PvE you only need good equipment (not great).
So unless jedi hunting was replace with a viable galactic civil war there would be nothing for me to do and I would not be able to justify the monthly fee.
I ask this because thats what Jedi are pushing for now. They just don't want to be hunted at all. I could see this happening. Basically they'll complain and use griefing (which is almost impossible now) as the reason to remove it.
Having been on both sides of the fence...I think jedi need a reason to fight vs run...right now jedi have no incentive to fight...they beat a BH...so what the BH has not lost anything...they lose well they lose xp...
if the BH wins they get money...there needs to be some risk for the BH taking the mission and there has to be some reward for the jedi that stays and fights and wins vs running.

Jedi are NOT supposed to be in the timeline. The very fact they are is what makes them huntable.

timeline has nothing to do with it...most jedi want BH hunting removed...if I had to guess why I would say there is no reason for them to fight...better to run and live and spoil the BH content then to stay and fight and win nothing...give the jedi a reason to fight and more would be willing to fight if I had to guess.
