This is a question(s) for anybody who has testedduelist stanceon tc, any info you have would be much appreciated.
Does duelist stance work with melee weapons?
How useful is it? How much damage are you avoiding/reflecting?
How long does it last?what's the cooldown? what cooldown "group" is it in, etc..?
Is it a stationary move or can you move while it is active?
I haven't gotten that far on tcep3 so I haven't gotten a chance. Thanks in advance for any info.

I was trying to use it while fighting a creature and as far as I could tell it didn't do anything. I still got hit for the same damage and nothing was reflected back. I can't figure out if it's supposed to be like center of being or not but that seems to be broken too. Center of being used to work but I think they broke it with the last patch.
If it works like center of being when you activate it a bar will appear on your screen which will then start to fill up. When it fills up it activates. Doesn't seem to last very long though. Maybe it gets better at higher levels. But you do take less damage.

Deulest Stance works as of the last patch on TC..
I was useing it this morning, Just dont over expect.. After Armor does its thing..Say i had 200 get threw it reflected around 40dmg back..
Im guessing ruffly around a 20-25% reflect...My numbers could be off but, not by much..

Does it actually up your defense tho? That's my major concern. If not, 40 points back at someone isn't worth the fuss.

I can confirm that as of last night improved duelist stance was working at least as a defensive ability. It was blocking close to 30% of all damage being thrown at me and I could easily tell the difference when it dropped. I can't confirm how much damage was actually being reflected at the target as this didn't seem noticable enough for me to dig through the combat logs for it.

Why doesn't return fire actually "return fire" ? I see only 25 points of damage returned! Why does it not return fire as a percentage of the weapons base damage?

its called proactive nerfing.
make it so worthless there is no need to nerf it later.

I'm considering picking up some BH skills and want to know how useful this skill is. I am more interested in its uses in GCW PvP than I am in the jedi hunt, so the dynamic changes a bit.Fighting several jediwhile grouped with other people is going to demand a different skill set than fighting one jedi focused only on you. If you didn't need the droid skills, would you still spend points on this skill tree?

Its a bit too weak to really be called "usefull". If it was at least double the defense strength then it would get interesting.
