Did anyone test Force Sap to see exactly how much (percentage wise) it slows down action/mind regeneration, and how long it sticks for?

This skill in the xx4x tree of healer reduces the regen rate of action and mind pools on a target. I was wondering how this ability was working on test centers. Anyone have any experience with it? Is it effective or not worth the SP?

The two biggest threats I see to jedi is:

1. Being rooted and unable to attack back if you are greater than 32m away from your target.

2. Being hit with multiple Fire, Poison, Diseases from Combat Medics. This is worse if you are rooted as well.

Would this skill be effective at depleteing their action pool while you use defense and heal? Once thier action is gone, they have no more root and are as good as dead. If the range on this is limited to say 32m then it doesn't help that much unless you can stick it before they move out of range.

I think you would want to be healing yourself instead of trying to inflict Force Sap on them.

I would be healing.

My template will have MDefender and 4000 Heal.

I am deciding ifI should go for Force Armor, Cloak or Force Sap. I am wondering how effective it is before deciding on a choice.

Did anyone on testcenter get to play with this skill?

How to deal with a Defender:
Forcesap
Forceshock
Dizzy
Knockdown

--- Cancelled 24th November 2006
Reason: The lack of multiplayer pve content and Star Wars feel.
For 3 years I have tried to find excuses to stay in game but only the expansions offered me what I subscribed for in the first place: A multiplayer Star Wars pve experience with friends around the globe. I found friends but with almost no addition of pve content they dropped out one by one. Now it's my turn.

Was thinking myself add a little weaken and force choke in there, then just sit back and wait.

Jedi Robes
Long awaited are the Jedi robes! Gone will be the days of Jedi running about in armor. The Jedi robe will provide a hidden toughness value that will protect the Jedi, similar to armor, but providing more of a Jedi feel. -TH Jedi archive II

I can't remember if dizzy has been taken out but I remember reading somewhere that dizzy was taken out and when I tested CU, there was no effect of dizzy at all. So I think I remember that I saw no dizzy effects.

Dizzy causes a decrease in your defenses but doesn't prevent you from getting up.

Does anyone know if sap and shock are countered by Force defense in defender? 100 Force Defense.

How has force sap treated you in bounty fights? I got sapped and still managed to nail the Jedi, wasn't easy but alternating between ranged shot and high damage attacks like torso & critical. The fight went on for a solid 3 minutes, each of us dealing out a decent amount of damage and early on he stuck a force sap on me and I kept getting "-Too Tired-" but alternated between the specials and it worked well, I didn't even take any foods either but eventually took brandy a couple shots before the Jedi got incapped. I was using a high damage scatter dealing out between 400-1K dmg on him.
