Thread: BH/Jedi married!

My friends came over last night and they seemed vaguely interested in Star Wars Galaxies so I decided to pick upa Jedi mission to entertain them. These guys had never seen an MMO before and plagued me with questions like "So these guys are REAL people?". "Yup." Kinda made me laugh but they thought it was amazing. Anyways I track my target to Talus (if I recall correctly) which was easy enough. I head to the WP and he's inside a private structure dueling with some people. Ijust sit outside until he notices me. After a minute or so he appears behind the reddoor and greets me. I wave,stand and eat my foods and prepare to be rolled over. (MBH/Smugg/Pistols 0004) We talk for a moment and he informs me that he's lagging horribly but comes outside anyway to get the show on the road. Meanwhile i'm explaining to my friends what's going on and why "That guy looks like the starwars guy." 
So I start the fight rather ungracfully with a bomb droid KD/Crit/body shot, immediantly concussion shot him (complete immobility for you non smuggs) and begin to lay on the emotes. /strut /laugh /hug all in good humor and for 25 seconds. Concussion shot wears off while im talking to my friends but the guy just stands there. I figure he's getting some terrible lag so I just kinda wait for this guy to start fighting. Doesn't happen so I repeat the KD/Crit/body shot + states but I just can't this guy anywhere near incapped. But at the same time he's just lag teleporting around and healing so I'm in no danger. Throughout the fight he never really starts fightning so I take pity (I had dialup once too) and go AFK to see my friends off. When I came back the TEF was gone, I was alive and there was a marriage proposal on my screen. I figure WTH. "Accepts" So I'm married to this dude. I still have his mission. He has my aukuuan ring. "What should I do?" I think. He leans forward and /kisses my mon cal BH and I blurt out. "Fish eat thier own poop you know." I figured that would deter the guy from professing his love to me, but lo and behold. /love. So I go AFK again. What have I got myself into? I don't even remember his name. Im gonna have to kill the guy today. Oh Yeah....if you divorce someone do you get your ring back?

what's wrong with that??? i was mbh and imp married to a rebel jedi and i'm still married but don't have mbh anymore

lol i didn't even know there was an actual system. How does that marriage thing work?

get a ring/signet or whatever and hit the propose unity from the radial menu. and ur married, nothing changes no big thing, and any 2 can marry

you need therapy for accepting a proposal from a dude.... but no you will not get your ring back unless you can get him to trade.
