I saw someone had posted a macro for conversing with the spynet op. a while back. It was for if you were mounted on a swoop or something. Anyone know what it was?

OK.. but why?


Is it that hard to double click on your bike, the informant and your bike again?

You spend all that time writing a macro to spare yourself a couple mouse clicks? That's not efficient. That's like the people who wrote that huge macro to save themselves from having to unclick the "round trip" box on the ticket terminal months back.


Why is it my concern? Why wouldn't a reasonable individual be concerned that people are contriving means to spare themselves the toil of three clicks?

it's six clicks. Two on the speeder, two on the Spynet Op, two on the speeder vs. 1 on the macro.


If you ask me, it certainlyrushes monotomy of getting a bio sig, heading to empty area and launching the probe.


That's like saying that people who don't read the mission statements every time they grab a mark are lazy.


Why not make it easier on yourself?

All the time you've spent defending your laziness sure isn't an efficient exercise.

Honestly, how long does that many clicks take you? A second?


Are you really going to utilize one of your top-row toolbar buttons for this? I'd think those would be more efficiently used for stuff you need in the heat of battle. So what did you compromise to put this macro there? Oh, it's on one of your other panes. Add a click. And then another click to go back to your main pane.


A whole lot of work for very little gain - you're (micro)management material, I can tell.

You know what, you're right!


That's it, I'm starting a new petition! Getting a bio sig should now require 50 clicks, then remounting your speeder is another 30. Hopefully, this will root out any of those lazy respec BH n00bs!


I still don't see why it's your concern. The thread was already over by the time you chimed in.


BTW, I'm at work right now. So, to me, it's not inefficient. I'm getting paid to get my personal stuff out of the way before I get home so I don't have to spend personal time doing it. That's efficient and profitable.
